Loved the video. It seems easy to make. Also, all those who are saying why was garam masala added, well to them I would like to say that all those Italian herbs are not easy to find in all Indian cities. Moreover, even you find those, you are not sure of their authenticity and they do come quite expensive. So I think this Indian twist is worth it.
MISATKES - 1) Bolognaise without G 2) NO garam masala, if tough to find then use mix herbs but not garam masala. 3) Blanching takes 10 secs not 10-15mins, you are making concasse, not butter chicken. If Italian starts putting oregano thyme rosemary in dal makhani, would you like it.

Some country like other country dish so they may modify it in other dish. This is indian style bolgonese ...... and please do not comment that otshouldhave veg soybean mince have some respect for food rather than all time politicking others tk have veg.
You forgot the pancetta. Ohh also a true Bolognese should contain milk also. White wine is another important ingredient. Also there are no herbs or spices added, only salt and pepper. Garlic is also not in a Bolognese Ragù. Tagliatelle is the real pasta for this dish rather than spaghetti.
