You love these 500's Rob. You should be the king of Fiat 500 restoration in a few years when these are considered classic cars.
Chris Mason Im the king. Rob can be my Prince 😀
@@Love500 rob is the king
They goona be scrap 😏
There`s not many sites like yours Rob, who would show what garages get up to in the background, and this has to take the mystery away from people who watch and they can now see and be more understanding about what goes on, extremely helpful. These videos also show how much or how little is in the modern and older cars. I notice in the background of this video what looks to me to be an old Vauxhall Viva car or van I first learned to drive at seventeen (now 72) in one of these motors, brought back memories.
After the virus Rob and Chris will be knighted as "The boredom killers" !!!
Cheers lads !!!
I'll second that 👍
Hear Hear!!
Good shout, gets my vote 👍
Great work Rob, so thankful I found your channel a couple of weeks ago. With all this lockdown business you’ve kept my mind busy by going back through watching your old vids by doing that it’s kept my mind busy and stopped me going back into the dark times I was in just over a year ago. Not being able to see friends and family is he’s but you’ve made it a lot easier so I thank you for that.
billybigbiscuits 🙏👌👍
great video again, nice to see the fiat being pieced back together. In the background can see the old Vx HA looking all sad for itself, seeing you start it up was the first time I found your channel, so memories xxx
Where there's life, there's hope.
Your videos are about the only thing which at the moment reminds us of "life".
In that way, your videos are giving us hope.
Please let the videos flow !!
Thanks for staying on and doing the front bumper.
Looking forward to seeing the rear cut and the plastic welding 👍
Your the man Rob the channel is good to watch I love it
Like I said you should open a car lot as your so honest and people respect you for being 100% truthful and would do well
Been busy all week, so not watched any videos. Good to see this one, and another 5 to catch up on. Great stuff👍
Thanks Rob for keeping us entertained and interested. Take care and all the best. Stevie
We can here Chris in the background sorting his spanners out, thanks so much for these great videos in these difficult times.
Brilliant and interesting as always
I think we all appreciate you going that extra mile at the minute Rob pumping these vids out with good content. Cheers
Great video salvage rebuilds, nice work, car coming along nicely 😀👍👌
Love watching your channel, so much detail. Like wheeler dealers when it was good. Keep up the good work. 👍
I like the changing of the time lapse music, keeps things fresh, good job as always
Good on you Rob for using the good daylight, and doing that little bit more. Making it another really interesting video to watch for all of us out there! Thank you. :-)
Always like to see you chucking the wheel under the car when you have it jacked up ...old school !
Back when punctures were more common made very good practice on roadside soft ground.
Also old wooden railway sleeper cut various lengths made perfect support block's and chocks for home service/repairs.
@@chriseccles1454 lol....got a lump of one of those that I keep in my defender for off road jacking !
Hi Rob.. mark today in history as the 1st Chris didn't have a locking wheel nut removal multi tool..lol.. metal brake pipes are always a pain with corrosion, no advances in technology there.! Mate you and Chris are keeping an awful lot of us sane with your video's, content always good, explanations always good, nice variety of vehicles.. honestly thank you both for your efforts, very very much enjoyed and appreciated. Cheers, Alex.
Good progress today Rob the little Fiat is coming on nicely 👍
I like how u show how things are done. Nothing to hide thus a generous heart in that you want people to learn a few tricks about car mechanics. I applaud you. 🤗
Fantastic. Thank you Rob, always look forward to your footage. Especially now. You all stay safe 👍👍
Fab video, thanks for your lovely video as with this lock down your alot better than any tv 📺👍😷keep safe
When my locking wheel nut key got trashed the garage just welded a nut from a nut and bolt onto the head of the wheel nut then used that nut to remove the locking wheel nut. Really quick and straightforward if it's any help. Thanks as ever for the great content. Stay safe.
Rob, some amount of work for this one. Goodness me you’re not for taking on easy jobs. Take my hat off to you as always. Stay safe. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🏴
Rob without your videos or ones like them think I would go nuts due to the lock down, Boredom is the biggest problem for me at this horrible time. I live in Spain and the rules are that you stay home and only allowed out to go to the nearest supermarket or pharmacy once a week. Only one person in the car at any time. Good luck everyone and be careful
Rob it’s so pleasant to watch this video under lockdown, well done Rob n Chris
Just to say, thanks for the effort you're putting in. To keep us entertained 🇮🇪
You caught the sun Rob. Looking forward to the rear quarter.
I think as well as all the wonderful NHS staff and other essential services being applauded tonight at 8PM I think decent TH-camrs like yourselves deserve a round of applause as well. Thankyou Rob and Chris for keeping us sane.
Thanks Rob , such a relaxing and informative video after a long nightshift. The first jingle suits the ' getting involved' stage as well as the battleship one during the later stages. The project is coming along nicely . We all value your uploads and diversity of content at these uncertain times. 👍, avid watcher from over the bridge in Essex.
Yet another Lovely Jubbly video update.
Straight off the home exercise straight onto the latest instalment from Salvage rebuilds uk...... this is a good day 😃cheers lads thanks for the uploads stay safe 💜👍🏻🤜🏼
Lovely content today rob! excellent work! and good on you deciding to carry on later then you wanted just to squeeze in more content for us fans! thanks again!
Been watching your videos for a while now Rob & I love your honesty!
Keep up the great work 👍
Ashley Burton it’s great to see that the UK still has honest traders. So many cowboys around but rob and Chris are solid gold. I would buy a car from them with no hesitation. Hopefully when they get Chris’s old van back on the road I will get my chance. I’ve been looking for a van for my wife for ages!
@@chrismason6857 I've worked in the motor trade for the past 10 years & there's probably a handful of people I trust!
Most of the jobs I tackle myself, Biggest job to date was big end bearings on the driveway on a V8 M3
Rob & Chris do the job properly without cutting corners. Shame not everyone takes pride in what they do
Excellent video Rob, can't wait for the next part on this 500 😎😎
Doing well and looking good Governor. I noticed the little old Vauxhall Viva in the background. I had one as my first car, Canary yellow in colour.
It's nice to see a job done with pride
Brilliant video Rob very interesting. You certainly put the work in!
Great video again Rob, you're making good progress.
This will make an amazing first car for some lucky buyer. If I was 18 again I would be first in line to get my hands on this car when it’s finished.
I stumbled across the “Viva will it start video” - brilliant. Love the good honest content, really interesting and a great escape in these strange times. First channel I’ve ever subscribed to. Keep up the great work. Thanks
Skateboarder 1974 thank you for your support very much appreciated all the best 👍
We need daily videos Rob... going out our heads at home 😂😂 Keep up the good work 🤙
It's really satisfying watching your rebuild videos. Will be good to see when the little Fiat is all done & looking nice again. Someone's going to get a cracking little motor.
Even though you have showed a few 500’s on your channel there’s always something different to show, so never think your repeating yourself and think I won’t show this 500 etc etc they all interesting and enjoyable to watch Rob.
Tidy biscuits my son 🍪, getting through all those jobs. Cant wait for the next one. 👍😉🏴🏴

Lovely job.
It's so good that you want to mend your vehicle's 100%
Many others wouldn't!! ☺️👍
Rob in future there’s a company in Milton Keynes called Evo automotive
They supply fiat with locking wheel nuts. All you do is email them a picture of the locking wheel nut and they will post you the correct key out. It’s only about £10
Cheers Rob content is great at the moment
