Great video! I like to incorporate concepts behind some tweaks that work when I'm building my DIY components, so I would certainly be interested in hearing about the things in this closet, like those Bybee filters
You are,So correct. I put Stack Audio footers below speakers & equipment . Had Gaia before made a HUGE difference in presentation. Less money also till they get popular.
I feel this video was for me. Thank you. I’m happy with what I’ve got. No more changes. I’ve removed my tube rings in favor of tube socket savers. Made a positive difference in sound. I figure, they mitigate vibrations without deadening sound. I use heavy plastic baseball card holders to block speaker sound waves from adding sonic vibrations on my tubes. Again, no more tweaks from me. I think, highest end equipment should be sold with high end fuses anyhow. No excuses.
@@OCDHIFiGuy I LOVE the new Sophia Electric Aqua II. I’ve never heard the Takatsuki 274B. But, I wonder if the Aqua II can compete/beat-out with the Takatsuki or Western Electric? Tonight, it was all about the music.
@@OCDHIFiGuy I would recommend to all your clients who buy the Puritan PSM 156 to buy the Ultimate power cord or your recommended cord. The difference between it and stock is huge with an even lower noise floor than whst you experience with the conditioner.
* Yes. Like A mastering Engineer needs to setup his equipment for mastering tracks, so does one understand> what works and what does not. * There are no tweaks to a completed setup ...
know your specs, set it up right the first time.. maybe change a tube or 2... Tweeks not so much. cables matter but not as much as just picking the right ones the first time by the specs to let the gear do its thing.
Some of those Toys might have Multiple Purposes Mikey! Especially those Ring Dampers!😮✌
Oh shit.. there's even a break in the ring for the underpipe...
@@OCDHIFiGuy😂😂underpipe is legit!!
I'm late on this, but Mikey, the new intro is great! Very professional look.
Glad you like it!
The closet!!!! I love it!

I couldn't help but laugh as you "found" a can of evaporating foam cleaner! It's live and it's real! :)

What are you saying? That you love the Stack Audio isolators? I'm assuming the Auva's and EQ's?
Great !

I've heard Pandora has a nice box
Yeah, all sorts of stuff... like a petri dish..
How many skeletons of harsh analytical "showroom sound" fans are buried in that closet I wonder?
Let's see
Mikey I'll buy the whole lot for 10 bucks cause the shipping bill will be immense!
Ok
@OCDHIFiGuy 10 bucks and you're room's cleared? I'm In!
As a physician I don’t recommend sticking things in your butt to improve soundstaging…
Lol. If your an ER doc, maybe I can send u business.. 😂
I am looking for 6SN7 Telefunken
Hope you find them !
So Mikey comes out of the closet?
Depends who's watching
