    The minister is benefiting hence the noise he is spewing out. As the speaker is saying gold is not the only mineral earning Ghana revenue; after all, there are big companies like Anglogold ,etc that are doing legal mining and they also pay taxes to the state. Let us stop the crap and deal drastically with this menace. The country faces a serious jeopardy.

    Why is no one calling for the prosecution and imposition of heavy fines on those companies that have destroyed our forests and water bodies? They must also be given a timeline to reclaim the lands under strict supervision.
