Awesome video hitchcock is one of my favourite if not my favourite director. Rear window is my favourite and love that you have rope at number 1 as i think its unique and very underrated when people discuss hitchcock
BRO! You got "Strangers On A Train" on that list, that's all I care about! Everybody has their favorite Hitchcock movies, I get that - just as long as "Strangers On A Train" makes the list! Let's raise the profile of that fantastic film! As great as "Psycho" or "Rear Window"! PS: "Shadow Of A Doubt" is also great, have you seen that? Definitely worth a look. And the best Hitchcock movie that wasn't actually directed by Hitchcock? "The Stranger", directed by Orson Welles. ;)
Definitely agree about Saboteur. I like the movie overall but it felt like the writers just decided to end the movie because they didn’t feel like working on the script anymore lol
Great list! Very similar to my own. I really like Strangers on a Train, but like you I find that his endings sometimes don't always stick the landing, and the final action sequence of that film is just so ridiculous that I can't help but rate it lower overall than I would otherwise. But having said that, it's still a damn good film. I think Hitchcock is largely about the experience along the way and not always about the complete "message" or meaning. I think Vertigo has spoiled me in that regard, as its arguably his deepest film.
Love me a Hitchcock video! Great review on each movie, appreciate your honest opinions. The Birds has a lot of symbolism behind it, I'd suggest looking into it a bit as that helped me appreciate The Birds more. Great list overall! Glad that you own liking Rope and Vertigo more than Psycho! Adds so much credibility to you. Subscribed!
Great video here’s my top 10. 1. Rebecca 2. To Catch A Thief/Notorious can’t pick either one over the other 3. Vertigo 4. Psycho 5. The Lady Vanishes 6. North by Northwest 7. Shadow of a Doubt 8. So far i’ve seen
1. Psycho
2. Rear Window
He does have a 5/5 average though!
Watch Dial m for murder। Notorious। Vertigo And then decide the mastery of Hitchcock।
What if I haven’t seen 10 😯
0:54 I don’t know why it flickered like that. Something wrong with the editing I guess. I’ll try to prevent that in the future.
No problem, bro
My favorite is rear window but psycho is a horror classic. Great video!
I’ve only seen 3 but Vertigo is definitely my favourite
YES BEEN EXCITED FOR THIS ONE
