    This judgement based on age is only specific in India. In US/Canada, i have seen many people in late 60s hitting gym and doing strength training. In fact, seniors mingling with younger people is a good thing. In west, many people in 60s gym and hike with people in 20s. It also helps with reducing generation gap.
    Even i used to do cardio like any indian but slowly started to have a good ratio of cardio + strength training +HIIT.

      R u dumb? Using whey protein while being pregnant?🤦 Just drink whole cow milk like country delight milk 500 ml a day is enough, most whey proteins have artificial stuff and colours that are bad for your health, the only whey protein that is 100% pure are naked whey protein and other expensive way proteins that cost 4-5k per kg.

    I am a badminton player and have injured my leg and got operated on last year. I have a fear of getting injured again in the gym. How to overcome this

      I've seen handicap individuals who go to the gym and lift heavy weights! You are stronger than your fear girl!
      go and hit the GYM ✅
      Start Slow ✅
      Do proper warmup and static stretching! ✅
      Don't hesitate to ask your trainer or anybody for support/spot when you are nervous with the weight ✅
      Listen to high energy songs ✅
      Focus on proper form ✅
      I promise you will stay away from injuries!

      Avoid exercises that will put pressure on the injury.. There are hundreds of variations u can do

      I started gym after 7 months after my implant removal surgery in my left knee. Don't do leg exercises for 3 to 4 months and slowly start training legs after that period through body weight squats and lunges and slowly move towards weights. Upper body can be trained any ways no problem

    Hello sir, mera daily ka calories consume 2000 h but mera weight jayda h, mai fat loss krna chahta hu and with muscle gain bhi if I reduce my calories 2000 to 1600, but mujhhe muscle gain krne ke liye protein chahiye like mai 120gm protein leta hu and 1 protein = 4 calories, so kya ye calories 1600 se ho kr 2000 ho jayega if ye hota h to fat kaise losses hoga, ya mujhhe 1600 calories or 120gm protein dono sath me lena pdega Jo mai result chahata hu......I am beginner Sir mai aap ka Sara videos dekhta rehta hu please is doubt ko slove kr do

      If you want to compete in bodybuilding then genetic potential can be your concern but if you want to look good, feel great and stay fit than most of the people then even the age of 50 is not late to start.
