    I know it comes at the beginning of the movie, but the brachiosaurus reveal in Jurassic Park should have been included.
    That reveal sets the tone for the movie. This wasn't going to be like anything anyone had seen before. If the dinosaurs hadn't looked as real as they did, the whole franchise would have died with that movie.

    The last movie in the Harry Potter franchise has so many amazing, satisfying or heartbreaking scenes. But the most satisfying is definitely Molly killing Bellatrix. Molly’s such a sweet, kind, gentle mother figure most of the time but by this point she’s lost one son, one son has lost his ear and now this Death Eater is about to kill her only daughter. She’s finally had enough and is going to give it her ALL to protect her daughter. Plus the fact that Molly is a “blood traitor” defeating the most Death Eatery Death Eater is just….*chef’s kiss

    I do have another chilling moment from the "Lion King." After Scar saying to Simba as a kid to "run away and never return" after he one-upped him at Mufasa's passing, Simba did exactly and literally defined what "what goes around, comes around" means, he used the same words against Scar to see how he would feel if he was in his shoes. That's how you get back at a one-upper who was "unspeakably plain" and downplaying you.

      @straighttalkwithkyle7947 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hoist the Colors is literally the story of Calisto and Davey Jones and how she was imprisoned by the other Pirate Lords. Singing that song caused all of their coins to vibrate signaling them to meet again as a council. They were all being executed because the English commander needed them to sing that song to call them all back.

    • @jaanfo3874
      @jaanfo3874 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I definitely agree here even though I think it’s about more than “Pirates singing”. It wasn’t satisfying if you understood why they were singing (They were being murdered in order to manipulate them to sing so the pirate lords would be forced to gather in one place so Becket could attack).
      If I had to choose a satisfying moment from this movie it would be the moment that Beckett realizes he no longer controls the Dutchman and freezes while the Dutchman and Black Pearl both attack his ship and destroy it.

    I liked in LOTR Return of the King, when Eowyn says to the witch king, "I am no man" and stabs him with her sword. The setup to that was terrific with Gandolf explaining the witch king of Angmar is "the one they say no living man can kill" .

    Thank you for the update, WatchMojo..!! 28:00 I wonder why Henry Jones, Sr. died, if he drank the water from the Holy Grail.. 🥶

      It's my understanding that drinking from the cup didn't grant the person eternal life, just an extended lifespan. You would have to keep drinking from the cup to stay alive for an extended period of time. That's why the knight that stayed with the grail was still alive yet the others had died. So it healed his wound and saved his life, yet it only extended it a bit. If we keep with the trilogy ending, and forget Crystal Skull and Dial of Destiny ever existed, then his father could've lived well past 100 and still been as spry as he was in his 60's. (That's what I choose to believe myself.)

    In a Star Wars Legends novel, it's revealed that the whole "Stand by" thing wasn't just a pacing issue. Conscience-stricken at having pulled the trigger on Alderaan, chief gunner Tenn Graneet was stalling for time, hoping against hope that something would happen to keep him from murdering another planet full of innocents. And something did ... poor bastard.

    The moment Selene kills Viktor in the first Underworld movie is the most satisfying moment in movie history.
    He enslaved the Lycans for his benefits, he overthrown Markus, he killed his own daughter and hybrid grandchild, and build up lies to his Vampire coven.
    As Markus saids, “Viktor deserved his fate, many times over.”

    For me the most satisfying movie moment is definitely The Ring being destroyed. After watching three very long movies, filled with turmoil and hardships all because of the Ring and then you see the Ring melt, while also killing Gollum in the process…And then Sauron’s towers coming down, Sauron himself being destroyed, all of the characters rejoicing…I just love it so much
