Imagine being Alex's opponent. You're playing your very best and you knowm with every move you make, Alex is taking his time explaining what to do and what you're doing wrong 😅
Thanks for the content Alex! Very helpful and nice sense of humor in all your videos 👌🏼 Would love to see a video for how to master the Ruy Lopez and Italian game openings. 🙏🏼
Just wanted to say I really appreciate the newish trend where you overlay the analysis board in a secondary window to flush out the alternative lines. That is really helpful.
Alex, I'm a fan of how you teach chess, especially London and Caro-Kann. King's Indian Defense is that I always wanted to learn to yelling well, but I always miss some details there. But thanks to your video, it's getting much more clear. Thank you for your work and hope someday you will release a course with King's Indian Defense against 1. Nf3, d4, c4.
Yesterday i Had ptsd flashbacks and was Not comprehending Well. I shut myself in my room turned the Lights down and Just Had your Video in the Background. I dont know Why but it helped me calm down. So much that the flashbacks stopped and i Fell asleep. I dont know what it was but your voice, helped me stay grounded. I Just want to thank you for doing what you doing. Without knowing you helped me and thats fantastic. Thank you
Is there any chance you’re working on a king’s Indian defence Chessable course? The rating climb is so good, and I already have you London and Car Khan courses, a KID course would be amazing.
Interesting to see you go with the e5 break against the London. I recently watched a Naroditsky video where he recommended c5 vs a standard London setup because of the bishop. Perhaps if they played be2 vs bd3 that would make the difference. I will need to go re-watch that speed run video
a LOT of my games end up with me doing rolling or ladder CM's with two rooks or queens or one of each, and so I need to work on my end game strategy coming out of mid game which means my mid game needs to be better. Do you have any mid game videos I can watch? I like your style of educating especially with the dual chess boards.
I'm very confused about choosing opening against d4... Should I play d5 or kings Indian.. I just need more space from the start to avoid confusion. I'm 1550 rated fide..please suggest me good opening against d4 for more space 🙏🙏🥺❤️
I’ve been playing 2 weeks, I’m around 650 and just now starting to understand how important pawns are. I’m struggling with pawn structure a lot, I thought of them as basically throwaway pieces
Hello Your videos get better and better, and the jokes get worse! Lol In the second game, if white went Nge2, what would be blacks plan because f5 would be harder to achieve. Thanks
11:02 we have tactic i think N×d5 yes? btw i found your channel recentley and its so good thanks for the content❤ (just saw someone mentioned it like two month ago😂)
I started playing kings Indian by accident when they shut me down by not playing e4 and play d4 I usually play the sicilian accelerated dragon because of u but I find the kings Indian is pretty much the same.
The educational value of your videos is always excellent, but your hilarious analogies are what forced me to subscribe. Glad I discovered your channel xD
Thanks Alex!! These videos are always super instructive :) I have a question: against "weird" or unorthodox openings like the Bird, the English, or 1.Nf3, is it a good idea to play the King's Indian Defense?
I love your videos man! You should be excited to know that you were name dropped in the latest Eric Rosen video where he plays Andrea Botez at some “wobble chess” A spectator asked if she was using Hans Nirmann’s Jobava London course and she said “No, Alex Banzea” I hope it brings you some good views! (But not too many because then others will know all the tricks you’ve taught me in the Caro and Jobava.
IMO, in that last game, if the opponent was like me, the reason he wasn't playing on tilt was because he didn't realize he was playing down a piece. He might've just noticed it at the end though.
Dear Sir...I love ur videos...cld u pls make separate videos on specific variations of king's indian like averbakh, semi-abervakh, bayonet, saemisch, makagonov, etc..thank you
At my current elo (1708 blitz) My opponents king‘s Indian defense is always terrible because I play the Botvinnik English against it and they usually are only prepared for the main line.
I'm still trying to figure out what I like to respond with on D4, so more King's Indian games is much appreciated. I already shifted to playing a lot of London and Caro from your other videos.
It depends on the level of play you’re playing against. I’m an only KiD/Pirc player as well and, in my level, Bf4 and Be3 are most common, in where to place the dark square bishop. Though, obviously, Bg5 is also seen.
Imagine being Alex's opponent. You're playing your very best and you knowm with every move you make, Alex is taking his time explaining what to do and what you're doing wrong 😅
😂😂😂

vrem mai multe climb cu king indian attack si defense
"10 years and no life except playing this game..."😂
Just wanted to say I really appreciate the newish trend where you overlay the analysis board in a secondary window to flush out the alternative lines. That is really helpful.
It’s uncanny how you produce videos answering questions before I even have an opportunity to ask them.. & nice shirt
Your king's Indian series is incredible. Imo one of the best you've done!
Thanks Alex 🙏
Nice to combine ideas from the benoni and KID im waiting for the jobava london course on chessable! When will it comes out? Greetings ❤
Typical and something counter 😂😂😂
"Lets take the less likely scenario... you have a date with your crush..." Damit Alex why do you have to hit so close to home!!!
The conductor is the "CEO" of the orchestra. :)

Conductor is the word your looking for 😁

My new favorite chess channel. Cheers, man.
Your hairdo gets more interesting every time 😂
Please I need more jobava london videos, got from 800 to 1200 in a few months. Thank you Alex

in the grand scheme of things, everything is fine vs London, but e5 is more 'to the throat'.

Alex, could you play against willtaylorchess one day? It seems like it would be a superb fight.
after he played f3 couldn't you still play knight takes d5? check it out and lmk.
Bro sounds like a aamr artist I am gonna follow this guy both sleeping and learning at the same time.
Would be interesting if you could get into this variation in the KIA...
Please please please upload new videos I'm waiting for u😢😢😢😢
Thanks Alex!! These videos are always super instructive :)
I have a question: against "weird" or unorthodox openings like the Bird, the English, or 1.Nf3, is it a good idea to play the King's Indian Defense?
its even better vs those!
That b5 gambit is pure poison! I think the presenter later..
that 1500 in the first game played really well for his rating!
Typical and something counter - 🤣
Me: starts playing kings indian
Alex: lemme post a video on kings indian
Loved your caro kann course. Hoping for a KID course as well
alex ! are you planning to do a kid's course?
I definitely prefer the previous title😂😂😂😂
1. d4 d6 2. Bf4 Nf6 3. e3 g6 4. Bd3 Bg7 5. Nf3 Nbd7 6. Nbd2 O-O 7. c3 e5 8. dxe5
dxe5 9. Nxe5 $4 Nxe5 10. Bxe5 Qxd3 $1 11. Bxc7 Re8 12. Qa4 $6 Bg4 13. h3 $2 Qe2#
Thank you for familiarizing me, with the basic plan of Kings Indian. I got 98% accuracy this game.
The haircut speaks for itself.
cel mai top roman la sah💪💪💪
Conductor or Maestro
Conducts an orchestra
Bro you’re a fool 😂 magical fist
Why didn’t you take Nxd5 after f6 at 10:39sec. ?
because I am a terrible chess player
I love your videos man! I really needed this
Thank you ❤
WOAH this hairstyle is good
Yay more King’s Indian! My man… ;). Esit: I laughed out loud during the elevator/waiting music! So funny man!!!! LOL…. The queen is the ‘conductor’
good videos thru out. love it
IMO, in that last game, if the opponent was like me, the reason he wasn't playing on tilt was because he didn't realize he was playing down a piece. He might've just noticed it at the end though.
This was a very good video 😎
This video was amazing. Educational, funny, and well explained
I was about to comment that (CEO of the orchestras) but then you said it. That is indeed what it is called.
@20:46 opponent has Kf1 instead of Kd1. Would that save the Bishop (perhaps)
Btw the word you were looking for, the musician boss, was conductor 🎉
I'm still trying to figure out what I like to respond with on D4, so more King's Indian games is much appreciated. I already shifted to playing a lot of London and Caro from your other videos.
Alex thank you for sharing your knowledge of the KI and the lines that give a black player equality or better position. keep up the great work
Does his mouth lag for anyone else? Literally hard to watch it happen
Thanks for all the instructive a fun content. I typically get at least something from each vid :P
The _conductor,_ bozo.
Blunders but still wins with 2.6 seconds left. Legend!
Huh?, Bg5 not common? I play king's indian and 99.9% of the times Bg5 is what they play. h6 usually has te result of them taking the Knight.
It depends on the level of play you’re playing against. I’m an only KiD/Pirc player as well and, in my level, Bf4 and Be3 are most common, in where to place the dark square bishop. Though, obviously, Bg5 is also seen.
Good stuff...
Three very instructive games for club players...
'orchestrator' ;)
54:30 the conductor
uraaaaaaaa ma bucur pt clip pt ca joc mai nou cu negrele indian
Nice hair!
Thank You Chess Master for another excellent video!

The word you're looking for is Conductor.
Composer
Game 3, they need to read your chessable london course
you are so funny on how you joke around. amazing
In your first game move 15. f3 ; Nxd5 looks like a very nice tactic. Pawn is pinned and queen is tied to down defending the knight
that was working too yeah. Somehow computer liked my move even better, but good find!
alex are o modalitate simplă de a-l explica.
Third game, the queen was the Master of Ceremonies
There’s no shot you uploaded the exact video I needed lmao
"They usually mate us"
I thought that was the goal 😂
Conductor, Alex a conductor runs the orchestra
Conductor or maestro. CEO of the orchestra 🤣
Thanks a lot for the Kings indian videos!!
53:00
Hi Alex - Thanks for the video
Call the conductor a maestro sounds better
great content, regards from Poland!
54:34 the 'conductor' of the orchestra.
"Boss of the orchestra" is the conductor
We definitely need more of such informative videos 🎉
most instructive chess content is back
Director d'orquestra in Catalan :D great speedrun session!!
ps: that means I understood the rumanian word perfectly! I don't even recall where CEO comes from 😂
Banzea your analogies are too real 💀
love your videos ty so much
These opening videos are great
