Hi chechi... thank you for this special cake.it is very difficult to get mascarpone cheese ... during this covid period. any substitute for this.
You can scald milk and pour some vinegar or lemon juice to curdle it...then strain it and grind in a mixie with little milk to a thick consistency and use it as a substitute dear
