Hey just stumbled across your channel. I just subscribed. Keep it up and figure out what you have to do to make it your own. I have been fluctuating up and down cheating too often as I'm definitely food addicted but I started in january. I've lost 54 lb so far. I just got done at 3 week cheating binge just stress eating as usual with the worst stuff imaginable I've been on the street and narrow for the last week and after one week back on, already feel so much better more motivated and can even get in and out of my car easier as ridiculous as that sounds. I know there are days where I don't feel good as well or low energy, we're on the right track though I take some blood work Maybe, that's helped me much in the past seeing I was deficient in certain vitamins. Good luck and remember we're on the right track and it's a learning curve
Thank you for sharing your experience and I subscribed as so happy to support a fellow carnivore, lots of fat and try not to under eat and electrolytes! Much love ❤️
Hi ! Day 47 ! for me today. I'm riding the wave. I'm thinking my problems are deeper and more complicated. I'm searching kidney problems and Parkinson's problems and I'm basically told to hold steady, that carnivore is the answer. I've learned not to google anything cause the opposition has a strong force out there. What I learned this morning is drink more water to help my kidneys and get up and move more for Parkinson's. Simple enough. Good luck to you, I joined your channel, keep it simple but fight like heck, this is your time.
It is a journey, but I pray you will simply eat some electrolytes and fat in order to bust through the bubble to better health. Looking back on my personal journey, I am so grateful that I did not cave to the 30 day challenge mentality. This way of eating is life changing and it takes time to heal. Being a little under energized happens to people when they eat carbs, they simply don’t credit the carbs with the low energy. Being hungry and in pain with plantar fasciitis and no energy was my life on carbs. Fit, lean, strong, pain free is my life on carnivore. I pray you decide to press harder into carnivore.
Keep up the good work, try healf, based in uk, to help early in your journey maybe. they do LMNT great flavoured electrolytes, watermelon is great, it’s just sodium potassium and magnesium.
take your time. It takes a lot of time to heal after eight months. I did go to my neologist and I did not have kidney failure anymore, but it won't do it in a short period of time.. Enjoy the journey. But no sugar and no high processed foods, and keep going forward up your water and up your fat
Thank you for your thoughts. I am interested to stop for a few days and then restart to see how it impacts me. Prior to starting I was quite low carb for some months. However I suppose one does not want to be yo-yo carnivore either.

It took me two months to really notice the difference. It’s definitely worth sticking with.
Thanks for letting me know
I'm not holding back on eating at all! Im eating like it's boxing day! I've lost a stone already.
Thanks for sharing your experience on Carnivore I will keep it up in my own way.
Take a good quad magnesium
Make sure you are eating enough and maybe a can of sardines sometimes.
Starting and stopping is the worst. You will never get past the carb and sugar addiction, so you’ll continue to be tired or low energy.
