HI! I carried out the same procedure, and a limit appeared on the speedometer. But when searching for KOMBI HUD_PIA_SPEED_LIMIT, ESYS does not find anything, HUD is installed f30 2015.
My car has NBTevo headunit but I bought this module anyway. Speed limit works but it only pulls it from the Nav, the camera doesnt read the sign. How do I go abouts activating the camera as well ?

That’s a complete different system which you can retrofit but you would need all of the parts from a car that had the package. It will not be added in with this module. This module just grabs predefined speed limits from the GPS data and displays it on the dashboard
I was referring to the navigation system when i said GPS, i am aware that the module itself does not read the speeds via GPS. Also, my maps are updated to 2021.
@@WUKONS I have KAFAS camera in car. But not coded reading signs. So i coded the same thing what you have in video. but it doesnt work. HUD change language and coolant temperature showing bad. Signs not reading i only saw "---" on hud. but no speed. Can you help me ? thx

I've seen that on the 6wb it shows like a line when you go over the speed limit.Does it show something when you go over with this dashboard ?

It does not, in my F20 LCI it is shown alongside the large speedo

It does not add the heads up display, that's a feature you'd have to already have. No question is a dumb question :)

It doesn't read speed info from GPS, but from your Navigation, if you want speed limits on local roads too, not just main roads, update your maps.

You are correct, but it is known as GPS navigation so the GPS tells you where you are and the limit indication is from the mapping database.

Yes it will as long as your car has navigation
