You kept mentioning hamsters. I'm an avid hamster owner from the US who is really into proper hamster care (huge enclosures, huge wheels, special diets, multiple substrates etc.) I couldn't help but notice what looked like bird stuff next to the stuff you were showing. Can you show pet stores in Japan? Or big pet sections in stores? I'd love to see what pet supplies they offer for hamsters but I'm curious in general what all they have for cats, dogs, reptiles, birds, rabbits etc.

fun fact about witches brooms. as a pagan myself, they are used to "sweep away" negative energy. commonly hung above the front door of the home and used during a home cleansing when you get to the door you can literally "sweep out" the negative energy you cleansed from your home. same with hanging witches bells by your front door. the bells are also used to rid the home of negative energy. :)

Those jelly pots can be bought in reptile stores here (UK) as some lizards like to eat them, but they can also be used as food for the bugs that you feed to them. Those round balls are H2O, because you can't give insects pools of water or they will drown.

The 'decent' ones tend to dedicate half the store to selling you overpriced patio furniture and Bbq's and things and sometimes gazebo's, where even if there was an assembly required they have staff paid to assemble them at your home for you (I have been that staff- most of those objects literally only require you read instructions and know righty tighty, lefty loosey )

I think you hang the giant hornet at home and the "real" giant hornets stay away when they see a hornet that is so much bigger than they are. It is like the Australian cork hats - Australian flies think the corks are super big flies.

The hornet balloons are only displays to tell that’s it’s the hornet section which sells spray and other stuffs to help make them stay away👍🏻

That was fun! 😁 Visited Japan in 2019, and loved going into random stores, but you don't know what kind of shops they are, from afar, when you can't read japanese. So this was interesting. The japanese gadgets are so different to what one is used to. 🤗

Watching this made me miss grocery shopping and going to the mall. Just walking around and looking at stuff (I hadn't been able to do that in more than a year now). Japan really does have a lot of interesting things. The jacket with the cooling fans sounds weird but it's cool that it works. I've heard about the bug catching but I didn't know it was that popular (the babies sounds kinda creepy). I hope the cat enjoys all the new stuff!

Watching this while using Sharla's wishtrend skin care box is peak self care. Also for anyone who debated getting a box for as long as me (years) it is so worth it, I already see a difference in my skin a week later!

Sharla I use interlocking foam squares in the bottom of my cats outdoor "condo" we call it. She uses her claws on it but it has still held up really well (years). Just an idea if you have that in Japan. (the stuff they use for daycare play area flooring but you can buy it darker colours too)
