Clean out the pit bull and run it again and see what it looks like. You didn’t use the trimmer from the same length hair
The point is, the pitbull does not come with a trimmer. So if you don’t have a trimmer, you have to start with the hair you have. Plus, maybe I should do a cleaning video to show you how inconvenient it is to clean the pitbull mid cut. But don’t take my word for it. Buy it and try it for yourself.
@everydaypj Wahl balding is faster and simple to deal with. May use a flex series to buff your head every 3 or 4 days as needed. Braun 9 pro, Babyliss profoil, Skull shaver platinum.. $$$🤔🤔🤔

I have the Skull Shaver Gold Pro and love it. The motor is more stout and cuts a lot faster and better than the Silver used in this video. I grip it differently than in this video too.
Personally, I wouldn’t like the freebird because of how you have to hold it.
I also have the platinum skull shaver that cuts way better than both of these in the video. But the price tag was $250 I believe. The only thing I don’t like about it is that it doesn’t come with a clipper head. The reason I compared these two is because of the price comparison vs quality

Obviously a paid review. I have the gold. And he was holding it wrong. The groove is for the top of the fingers. You wrap your fingers around the blade and almost just rub your head with your hand.
What a disingenuous review!!!! Clearly you lowered your hair with the trimmer therefore giving the freebies an advantage. Furthermore. If you would've RI sed the blades on the skull shaver and went over it again you would've had a WAY closer shave than the free bird, plus the skull shaver traps all the hair so the cleaning is way easier and doesn't leave a mess on your sink and floors like the trimmers did, but I get it you have a partnership with free bird so you gotta make it look good or better than it actually is.
That’s the point of the review to show the advantages and disadvantages. So really your comment makes no sense when you actually understand what is happening
Skull shaver hands down is 100 times better I just went back to them after trying Free Bird for a few months The blades didn't even last a month They were trash The battery didn't last very long at all maybe two shaves which took about 10 minutes each I can shave my entire head with the skull shaver and 1/3 of the time and the blades lasted 7 months compared to 3 weeks
So its a biased review thanks don’t need to watch the whole thing 😅
Bro has an affiliate link/code. Of course he’s not gonna properly finish the job with the competition. He went over the freebies side twice with two attachments. At least he could went over it once with the other one , rinsed, and went over it again to more accurately simulate going over the other side twice with two attachments.

I have the platinum and just received the Freebird. I only used the Freebird once, but it was must faster and less irritating. I'll update more later. Surprisingly great so far for the $$$!

I had the Pitbull and just ordered the Freebird. Unfortunately, mine and many others ran into the same issue with the Pitbull. Would start turning on by itself and it eventually died completely. Cut great but skull shaver won’t last very long considering the price point.
That’s what I tell ppl. My pitbull is a paperweight at this point. That’s because it has no attachments. My platinum was great but the refills are too expensive.
@@everydaypj mine did make it 3 years, but developed issues when I used it to shave in the shower like advertised. Even removed it from moisture after use and was thorough in cleaning/drying it. I literally just bought a new blade from them after 3 years. Disappointed but for over $100 for the shaver alone it should make it more than 3 years.
It would make sense to get the Freebird because the product comes with all of those accessories and it's cheaper. I think I'm going to tryout the Freebird. Great video 👊🏿

I got the Pitbull pro skull shaver and it does amazing I’m sure all of head shavers are great just different brands I real like the option of different ways to shave with the Pitbull pro
The pitbull platinum is gives an amazing cut but it’s so expensive.

Those type of blades are similar to the old norelco shavers which to me weren't made for Black men. Used once years ago and bumped up real bad. How do these two rate for Black skin. Any bumping problems for you?
Only when I shave back to back. I usually wait a few days between shaves. And that prevents the razor bumps

I don’t think they do but I haven’t tried. I know they have grooves to make them fit so that is possible. I will check to see though

I’ve received 3 of these. It worked twice upon arrival. They sent a new one. That one did not work. They sent a third that one still does not work. I’ve explained that I’ve read if it turns on without the blade attachment then the problem is the blade. This is my third try and each don’t turn on with the blade attachment on. What am I doing wrong?!?! HELP support has been useless! They keep sending new broken ones ….

Freebird comes with clippers, pitbull doesn’t. It’s honest. You’re just too stupid to know. But go waste your money on a pitbull. And go buy an extra set of clippers cause it doesn’t come with changeable heads. You’re an idiot

@@everydaypj How often do you shave. My blade refill every 6 weeks was part of my sale, but I canceled the subscription thinking I won't need a blade replacement every 6 weeks.
I shave every 3 or 4 days
I clean my shaver after every use also

@EVERYDAY PJ oh that's a no go for me then. I've been using Magic Shave cream for years, cuz razor bumps ain't sexy to nobody! I let the 4min Magic Shave Cream on for 15mins (the thicker the better to gelp keep the cream from drying up too soon), remove cream and hair with an old gift card or hotel room key, then exfoliate in the shower and last moisturize with a quality skin lotion.
Thats really not a fair comparison at all. Of course the Pitbull wans't going to work as well. Your hair was way too long for the recommended use of the machine. Im not a fan of the brand either, but at least be realistic. LOL
The point is to show that with the pitbull, it doesn’t come with the clippers to cut your hair down.

I'm a baldy and frustrated af with razor cutting my peanut, nasty deep cuts and inept machines.
Yooooh, let me just say, I've watched 100s of reviews trying to decide what to get.
What stood out for me was the difference between black/coloured haired reviewers and our Caucasian brothers.
In all the reviews, the straight hair was better cut by the Pitbull, but the Freebird was hands down the better machine for the black hair (I've seen 2 including this one).
From trimming off the excess hair first, to the final cut.
So it's in essence not about the more expensive machine, but the right one for the job.
I'm now convinced the Freebird would be the right choice for me as I'm a coloured South African boi rocking the horseshoe, working from home, so don't shave that often, so need the trim first, and then finish it off.
In this case the Freebird also eliminates the need for a 2nd machine just to trim off the extra hair.
So Thanks a mil for the great review!
PS, I did see in another review that our lovely black sister applied the Freebird shaving cream right after the trim, then jumped into the finisher, and boi that cut was super smooth and she got a great bald finish.

Terribly reviewed. I have the pitbull gold and the Freebird. Pitbull gold hands down is a closer shave. If you really want to compare them straight don’t trim down the hair first. If my hair gets longer I trim it down with clippers first. Neither are designed to cut the hair when longer. Obviously a paid review. I got the freebird because people talked how great it was. I get closer every shave with the skull shaver. The only complaint I have with the skull shaver is I can get razor burn because it shaves so close.
Obviously the 5 blades aren’t. That’s why the freebird comes with clippers. The point of using these are to not get razor burns or bumps. So how is the skull shaver better? Also cleaning the pitbull sucks.
I heard alot of people say Groomie BaldiePro is way better then Freebie. An cuts more smoothly.
This comparison is not even close to being correct, fair, head to head, or whatever you want to call it. Let me break this down- first of all the price is way off. A pitbull silver is $80 or so on Amazon (the gold has a 3X more battery life - along with digital readout). He’s using a “Forte” blade head when the “Carver” is made for coarse hair, and also has 2 cutting rings that are spring loaded with a flat foil mesh (not beveled foil mesh) which helps eith razor sensitivity and os specifically made for coarse hair and skin sensitivity. Does this cost more that the freebird? Yeah it’s a better product- it’s not even a close comparison when you look at power of the motor, blade life, battery life, wet/dry shaving, and the fact that the pitbull has 3 different razor heads for 3 different skin categories.
The craziest part is other men have wasted money and time based on a guy who sold out for Freebird (did you hear his promo code he was shilling you). My guy, Skull Shaver/Pitbull Razors will give you one too lol. It’s crazy what you’ll sell yourself for. Practically nothing - they didn’t write you a check upfront or even guarantee anything monetary. Imagine selling out for peanuts. Steering brothers the wrong way for what? If you reply to this tell us what this company gave you to misinform the ones seeking honest knowledge. Why would you even wanna rob us of wasting any time when it’s so precious much less money. You’re wrong for this.

Are FreeBird and Freedom grooming the same? For me Using the Wahl Balding 5 stars and cheap Flex series shavers for buffing is the way to go. 10 minutes before the shower and Booowwwww..👍🏾🌟👌👏👏. Braun 9 series, babyliss profoil...😮💨🤔🤔🤔 too expensive and waste too much time.
Yeah freebird is the new freedom grooming. I have tried other shavers but there is one that my barber uses is great. But it’s like $200

Welp, go spend $150 on a pitbull then another $50 on clipper’s because the pitbull doesn’t come with clippers. For $80, the freebird has clippers, nose trimmers and a carrying case. They both cut the same. Sounds like your comment is the only fail here
You don’t have to get mad is my opinion, maybe I already have clippers and $150 to spend on Pitbull shaver, why you don't use both without clippers and see the result, that will make sense. Have a wonderful day

How long do I wait to change blades. That 50 uses makes it sound terrible. Phillips is over a year of uses 50’shaves don’t get me very long as I shave my head 2-3 times a week.
