It feels so silly that people would judge you for using printed eyes, I don't think it's a problem! Sometimes it's easier/more fun to get a lot of detail if you make the eyes in a digital program then print them out. This doll turned out Extremely Cool, I love her so much

I subbed during the monster high days, and I find it to be a little treat when you do one every so often. But I think you guys have a style that matches these bigger dolls so much better. You’re able to so so much more without the size limitation of the monster high dolls. I love your work!
I love how this doll came out. I also loved the music references (Stray Kidz!). My favourite games are Skyrim (actually Morrowind and Oblivion too) and Sid Meir's Civilization 2.
For lining for the pants, or at least some staining protection. A pair of short, like, booty shorts, underpants, made of something light and stretchy might help, especially around the waist. As staining seems to occur mostly around tight areas; feet with dark colored socks inside shoes, waistbands, and such. In my experience.
I had an idea for the lining issue at 12:13. I have absolutely no experience in smart dolls so I’m not sure whether or not it would work but what if you just made doll stocking for them in a similar colour to their skin and put that on underneath? I’ve seen other doll customisers use real stocking as fabric for doll ones before. I haven’t finished watching yet but I know she’s gonna turn out amazing 😊
I think because of the special effect (marbling) on the skin of the doll, although making a stocking is definitely the easiest solution that many doll artists have used before, it'd kind of defeat the purpose of having the marbling on the skin if you're just going to cover it up with stockings. Maybe if you used a super sheer, super thin stocking it would work, but the marbling is fairly subtle in the first place. I do wonder if there's any way you could apply a marbled effect to a stocking material. Nail polish probably wouldn't work, I feel like hand painting a marbled effect would probably be the most time consuming but also the best solution. Still, it would definitely make people ask, "what's the point of having a marbled doll if you're just going to make marbled stocking that you could use on a regular doll?" And at that point it may be time consuming enough that just lining the pants would be faster.

Honestly whenever you make dolls from franchise my friends enjoy I send it to them, I like dolls and yall, they like the franchise, or even love the character in case of Marceline It's a nice way to bring us more together and both need out about stuff. I like that

about a month ago, my friend group started playing TF2 together and we've been having so much fun with it, and its been great as a long time fan to come back to it. so i cant stress how ecstatic i was when saw this video on my feed!! i love how it came out and i love the burn mark effect, you guys always make your dolls so inclusive and i love the bigger scale creative clothing the smart dolls allow for! so it was certainly the perfect time for me to see a TF2 doll from you two
idk this game but this doll is sooo badass!! when you said the flame thrower wouldn't work, i expected fire wouldn't come out of it, and was kind of relieved because the idea of fire so close to an expensive and valuable doll makes me nervous lol. but it does work!? I'm amazed honestly I'm not a fan of the smart dolls' face sculpts but i still like your smart doll projects because it's so satisfying watching you make tiny clothes and accessories. the larger scale means you can do more detailed things too

For the dolls themselves: each has their own strong point: I love the more realistic faces of the MH dolls (but Alex is circumventing that issue for me with her recent SD face modifications, which I LOVE!), and with the SD dolls, what I love is the greater possibility for creating fantastic fashions and accessories that would not work with the smaller MHs... so either way, I am very happy to watch anything you two make!! I barely scroll when I pick my videos now! This Pyro is beyond perfect. They’ve always been my favourite in TF2 and so it’s super fun to see my favourite artists recreate with their own vision! Also the water marbling was brilliant. I have several burn scars (baking accident as a clumsy teen) and you really captured the colour variations incredibly well

I think washing the fabric before using it also kinda helps

about a month ago, my friend group started playing TF2 together and we've been having so much fun with it, and its been great as a long time fan to come back to it. so i cant stress how ecstatic i was when saw this video on my feed!! i love how it came out and i love the burn mark effect, you guys always make your dolls so inclusive and i love the bigger scale creative clothing the smart dolls allow for! so it was certainly the perfect time for me to see a TF2 doll from you two
idk this game but this doll is sooo badass!! when you said the flame thrower wouldn't work, i expected fire wouldn't come out of it, and was kind of relieved because the idea of fire so close to an expensive and valuable doll makes me nervous lol. but it does work!? I'm amazed honestly
I'm not a fan of the smart dolls' face sculpts but i still like your smart doll projects because it's so satisfying watching you make tiny clothes and accessories. the larger scale means you can do more detailed things too

Came back to watch it again after the Patreon premiere: it's a fantastic (and nail-bitingly exciting) video! Great work! I love both your Monster High AND your Smart Doll videos. For me, it is more about the interaction between you two, the ideas you come up with together, the jokes you make, and the final outcome. I love all of those! For the dolls themselves: each has their own strong point: I love the more realistic faces of the MH dolls (but Alex is circumventing that issue for me with her recent SD face modifications, which I LOVE!), and with the SD dolls, what I love is the greater possibility for creating fantastic fashions and accessories that would not work with the smaller MHs... so either way, I am very happy to watch anything you two make!! This Pyro is beyond perfect. They’ve always been my favourite in TF2 and so it’s super fun to see my favourite artists recreate with their own vision! Also the water marbling was brilliant. I have several burn scars (baking accident as a clumsy teen) and you really captured the colour variations incredibly well
I love seeing the smart doll content! (Any and all doll content is what I subscribed for 😉) and the TF2 doll was a bonus for sure! Cant wait to see more

Grouchy people not liking not Monster High doll mods - I will likely never do any doll modification crafting, because it just doesn't seem like something for which I'd have the patience, but I love seeing the work you do; it's always impressive. Also, stitching on such a small scale, where everything needs to be impeccable...nope, not my jam. But you ladies are incredible!
I like the big dolls, they give you guys more wiggle room to work with so you can make better dolls, the flamethrower is awesome in the photoshoot!!!
