- Get on your ranger panties and get out there and run!
The best military running cadence mix with transitions, just put it on and get going!
I do not own any of these songs, please do not copy right strike this video. It is for all active or retired military members, hopefuls training, and the average person wanting a good team to run with.
Take care and get some ~

Memories. Entered a 17 year old kid and left with a lifetime of confidence.

So did I. 30 years later. I'm now over 80 and I miss the structure, camaraderie, the discipline, the runs and hell all of it.
I wish I could go back in
I miss these runs especially in PLDC. The best runs ever.
Went to PLDC at Knox. Not sure why, but they tried to kill us on those runs. Those dub 7 min miles were crazy in formation. The accordion was in full effect bruh!
I listen to this while training injured to remind me how easy I have it. Thank you Vet’s for everything you guys have done. ❤
This was very motivating on my run this morning.
Ooh Rah
MSgt USMC Retired
Oh god the days of running on Ardennes are coming back
These songs were the only way I could run when I was in the Army.
Same. Cadences powered me through all runs

Now you can run to Haiti in just one day
I’m getting ready for bmt, 2 months till ship off to basic, I wake up every morning at six and do my best to keep up the entire song
I always said this but marines always had the best cadences I remember plenty from boot camp days
Training to become a ranger by about this time next year, my mile time is getting lower and I’m staying consistent, confident and I’m ready to get some. If you’re a VET reading this I’m gonna make y’all fucking proud.
I haven't stopped jogging since I found this video. 😊
9:40 When he starts counting up, I feel like a fucking super hero everytime. 8 mile run just this morning, its nothing to us!
Oh Rah! Get some! 40 but still the same motivation as the day i was 18. Not as fast but stronger than ever.
Smoother than i ever could be ;)
Smooth is fast

If I die in combat zone, box me up and ship home!
Years ago it was I can run all the way to heaven
Till you made the run with your platoon you dont know how much this means to you.
I miss the Army so much
Why did I hate it when I was in
Different appreciation as you get older. Those were good times for you.
Been looking for this a while now. Just clocked my best time.
Keep it up soldier!
Im glad these men keep me safe, im 13 and cant see how i can keep my country safe like men like these calling
I miss running cadence more than setting claymores and crater charges..
Using this for prep, Fort Leonardwood next month, Army🤍
Hey, I’m now a soldier in the army 🤍
Awesome!!! My boy is 19D. His basic was in Ft Benning during the 2020 COVID mess.
I founds these cadences and for the first time in 25 year i ran!
We had the end of the raunchy cadence
I can’t stop laughing at the first one, ☝🏾 definitely a moral booster when you are damn near in tears laughing

I remember my staff sarg singing these songs during our 4 mile
I got boot camp in September but I'm still so nervous lol
@@dravernverrtz6768 My friend you are going to love it. Have your hope up, and your ego/mouth shut. I wish when I went to basic I would have been a little less stand out ish. Lay low, do your homework, get fit. Best tip for basic, get as fit as possible now! It'll make it a lot more easy and that way you can focus on learning instead of focusing on losing weight then!
@@warriorssoldiersandfriends oh jeez thankyou so much lol I will do. When I went to mepps I was 1 POUND above the very minimum weight so that was scary. I can run a mile in under 7 minutes, and everything else I'm "qualified" or passing for the marines sooo
@@warriorssoldiersandfriends thanks
Always practice your run my boys!
This is a good one.
I guess they changed the "when I get to heaven, St. Peter's going to say..." part, and "blood, guts, death, and danger." Let's keep everything PC, lol

Happy 4th of july you all.
And to you too! Go have some fun somewhere!!
Guys I messed up. I finished my run and now I'm in Haiti.
What do I do now?
Get drunk! 🎉 😂

@3:01 Hard work, work!
Me at MMA tomorrow
The army still running with that slow ass Cadence rhythm. Bad on ankles and shins. Short ass drills can run to this 11 min mile cadence. But taller soldiers have to adjust too much for this slow ass stride pace still used.
Over come adapt, crying bs wtf
This was for camaderie and unit cohesion not speed. Hooah
Stop stealing it from then dudes Semper Fidelis

Wow. Never thought I would’ve broken my mile record/5k record this morning listening to this. Was looking to change up my running technique. Many thanks. I’ll be back tomorrow.
Hell yes brother! I always love a good PR getting broken. That fucking inspires me so much man thank you. Keep it up Soldier!
❤👍🏾
I listened to this and did 40 mins for first time since 2013
Hell yeah brother!
I listen to this on my jogs, it really helps keep the pace and I run longer thanks to it! Even if I gas out and have to walk I still chant along and in no time I feel like running again
That’s what I’m finna do!
Same! Just got done jogging almost gave up and this helped!

Over 70, I was having some difficulty being motivated to run. But, I'm happy to say that listening to these cadences got me back on track. Now, I am motivated and able to run 3 - 5 times a week on my elliptical strider while keeping beat; maintaining a pretty good stride.
Hell yes! I love to hear this, that was the whole goal behind this playlist. Keep getting after it ain't no stopping till the lights go out!

The Airborne Rangers have the best running cadences.
Those running and marching cadences were so freakin' motivating. That's one of the things I miss about being in the Army. Sometimes, whether being in the military or as I am now a civilian, we need motivation. Doesn't matter if you're sitting down, listen to this, you will be freakin' motivated.

Just ran to this whole video 💪🏽
That's what I'm talking about get after it every day in some way!
When "hard work" came up during the run, always added a little pep to the step. Drill Sgt White, if youre out there, thank you!
Running to this feels easy. I'm alright.
YOU'RE ALRIGHT, YOU'RE OK.
I gotta learn 3 by next tuesday but i suck at singing and rythm.
I liked the i can ru to texas one tho, you can just go on forever with that one, as many countries or states as you know lol
6;49 is best!!!I love it!! All of these are good for my daily exercise.
As I prepare for OCS, I train to this. ❤my brain goes from tired to get this shit done. I don't care about your feelings 😂
This is my cardio soundtrack
Seriously debating joining some branch of the military. I need to find a deeper purpose in my life!
Army or marines if you’re looking for action. National guard or reserves if you wanna do it part time
This is my daily jog video full Bluetooth. It keeps me bouncing lol Why don't they do cadence at the gym. It's effective ❤❤
Thanks for run
16:34 breaks my rhythm. It reduces the sense of reality of running. Other than that, it's perfect...
Airbourne Daddy :)
This helped with me doing a mile on treadmill
Note - I am 5ft 10, 295lbs recovering from heart failure
