Obelisk should not have been summoned since it required 3 sacrifices and the Nimble effect is another: "If this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the GY: Gain 1000 LP, then you can Special Summon any number of "Nimble Momonga" from your Deck in face-down Defense Position." It never counted as 2 sacrifices the Nimble and the other is a vanilla monsters, in total, it was 2 sacrifices. Always the pharaoh full of shenanigans.
You are right you need to tribute 3 cards to summon Oblelisk or any other god monster. But there are cards that can be used as a 2 monster tribute card, while it is 1 monster card. Because of that you only need 2 cards to summon a god card. There also spelcards that can be used to summon a god monster. Like Ra can be summoned by using 2 special disiple monster cards without any tribute monsters (if i am correct)
@@Asgarde1983 but you didnt use a specific monster who allow you to make 2 tribute summoning for obelisk ? I mean you tributed a normal mosnter and nimble
no in power of chaos all monsters 7 stars or higher even the gods cards only need 2 tributes i think thats how the creator of this game made the game to be that way
