Hi,
If you carefully read the text of Toon monsters like "Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon", you'll see this:
_When "Toon World" is destroyed, this card is also destroyed._
So, if "Giant Trunade" is used to return "Toon World" to the hand, "Toon World" is not destroyed... and neither does "Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon".
