I lost my husband suddenly in 2020 and at that point I started all these things! And I fight daily to want to try and go back but I can’t. Please pray for me that I can turn around. I have never felt so lost and hopeless🙏🏻😢
We can't push ourselves to try to want to do it. All we can do is confess to God that we are weak and fearful and broken and angry and need His presence and His strength.

I'm sorry for your loss 🙏 and it's not easy at all but remember that God's spirit is with you to comfort you and counsel you and ect. His strength is enough. His grace ,mercy and love for you is enough no matter what battles you are facing he is with you in the midst of the struggles .
But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is perfected in weakness.” Therefore, I will most gladly boast all the more about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may reside in me. So I take pleasure in weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and in difficulties, for the sake of Christ. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

Your going to get better !!! I couldn't imagine what you are going through and I know through alot of pain in my life God was closer to me than I knew even though He may feel far away now..Stay active !!!
Get on your knees...REPENT of all of your sins confessing them to a holy God and ask the lord to fill you with the holy spirit,direct your paths and change your life.
Repentance is a change of heart.
Through the help of HIM we willfully turn from sin forever.

Praying and trying my best to go back in track to God
Number 3 REALLY sounds like me! I haven't prayed since January, 2018 when my Uncle died of a head injury he sustained from slipping on the ice on his driveway.
I'm just thankful for once saved always saved.

I prayed for several people in our church and other churches who had covid and were in hospital. When they died, it seemed like my faith died too. I’m slowly getting my faith back.

If he draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. Peace to you. The saints shall possess the kingdom and we shall reign here for a 1,000 years. The feet of our Lord Jesus will touch the Olivet mount. The gospel of John shows that the Lord Jesus rose before the first day of the week. He died in the midst of the week and rose on the sabbath. Daniel 9:27, John 19:31, John 20. We would say that he died on Wednesday and rose on Saturday. Merry passover and feast of unleavened bread to you all. The first passover of the holy old king James Bible always comes before the heathen Easter. Read Acts 12:1-4. If the first passover falls around Easter like in 2022, then something is wrong. The calendar problem must be solved. I am not relying on man and that is why the belief I have is different from most people. We ought to pray for the repentance and success of kings and all those in authority. I pray for president Joe Biden and his cabinet to do well and repent of their sins. I have been praying for all those in authority since I read 1 Timothy 2:1-4 some years ago. I am a sabbath keeping, new moon celebrating, holy day feast observing Christian that would never knowingly eat pork, shrimps, or anything sacrificed to idols. I still suppose that Ellen White is the Jezebel of Revelation. It is an abomination for a Christian to eat shrimps, pork, chicken, etc. Adam and Eve were children of God but they sinned by eating from an unclean tree. The mark of the beast will be IN the right hand or IN the forehead. It is spiritual and physical. Most of the world worships the beast by keeping sunday, friday, Christmas, Easter, Eid, Diwali, etc. There is something physical coming that people will have to take if they want to buy or sell. Our Lord Jesus never ate shrimps or pork. Prayerfully read Leviticus 11:43 and Revelation 21:8. If you make yourself abominable, that is a sin! Repent.
Happy new year! The new covenant will not save you if you continue being rebellious and stubborn against the word of the Lord. It is a sin to steal and a sin to forget the sabbath (saturday). *1 Samuel **15:23** KJV - For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, he hath also rejected thee from being king.* Witchcraft, sorcery idolatry, witches, sorcerers, idolaters will be cast into hellfire. Only they that are washed in the blood of the Lord Jesus and keep his commandments shall be kings and priests. There is no such thing as a sunday rest or sunday sabbath in the Bible. Only the seventh day is blessed, sanctified and hallowed. Isaiah 66:22,23 says that from one new moon to another and from one sabbath to another shall all flesh worship before the Lord in the new earth. Matthew 7:21-23 proves that not everyone that says Jesus is Lord will enter the kingdom. We need to do the will of the Father which is to obey and honor our Lord Jesus Christ. He kept the new moons and we ought to keep them.
I unfortunately am experiencing a couple of these. I love the Lord, love the Bible and love feeling close to Him, but man, it's just really hard sometimes.

Seek a man in the church to help you (preferably a married one) God will always give you a choice, but He won’t do for you what you can do for yourself

I lift but I do t do body building or powerlifting it’s bad on your joints over time. I do enough to keep the physic and yea man I’ve been praying and reading my word daily as a single person with no kids I’m preparing myself in my single season to be a husband and father. I won’t give up the lord has shown me so much over the last year and I’ve grown so much closer to him. Thank you much my friend

I’m backsliding. Very sad and I don’t know what to do. Definitely could use some prayer.
For me, this stuff happens unintentionally when my obligations take over my time during the day.
The other side to this, is when I have *too* much free time. I feel that I get too *religious* about law and feel guilty over everything. It’s hard to find the balance.
Thank you Lord that your love and salvation for me do not depend on how I feel day to day. All you ask is that I put my trust in you. Amen! ✝️🙏

This video is God speaking to me. This is literraly where i'm at right now. But now that i know my disease i now the cure as well.I'll pray as sincere and faithfull as i can and read the Bible.
I have given up my quiet time with God, I rarely pray or read the Bible. Do I believe in God? Definitely! Do I think He listens or cares about me? Good question. I don't expect God to to give me everything pray for or about, but I would like an assurance He hears me, His silence is deafening!

Here’s something I tell people who are looking for signs from God:
Being with God is meant like a relationship with someone, friend, spouse, anything. If you love your significant other, you’re not going to only come to them when you have problems and ignore them most other days- which is so often what we do with God.
And when you get to know a friend better so that they’re not just a stranger, you see different quirks about them, understand more about who they are and how they operate.
The way we get to know God better is praying and reading the Bible- if we don’t spend time with God, it’s hard to experience signs from him because there’s a wall out up front where he wants to speak with us. And if we’re not listening through the Bible or prayer, then if signs are coming we’re missing out.
This isn’t meant to be offensive, just tips I’ve learned because I used to ignore God 24/7, but after running back to him last year it’s been the best thing that ever happened to me and I want for you to experience that too. You don’t want to get to heaven and have God say what did you do with my time for you here and not have an answer, not already having a relationship with God.
One more things- if you believe in God you know he cares, he wouldn’t have made us if he didn’t. He wanted communion and connection, he wanted you and me.
Sometimes when spending time with God I can feel his pleasure over being with me, he gets so incredibly happy when we take time out of our busy schedule to spend with him, believe me when I say he cares and wants to show u he’s there. Even just this you can consider a sign because I’m not backslidden and wasn’t sure why I clicked on this video and then When looking at comments I felt God urging me to respond.

Not sure if it’s my catholic past but I want to have a pure relationship with Jesus, but I have so much pride and I feel awful. It’s awful cuz I always repent and go back to putting myself down and having this pride. But I don’t wanna give up.

Yeah I started seeing these kinds of things happening in my life recently. I went ONE day without praying and reading my Bible and that one day snowballed into two weeks. I could tell it was affecting me, but I was unwilling to pray or read. I wanted the pleasure of sin for a season. Eventually that led to me doing things I wouldn’t normally do and displaying the works of the flesh rather than the fruit of the Spirit.
By God’s grace, I have been able to read and pray to him more and more, and he is softening my heart. I prayed, in my head, sometimes out loud, short prayers like “will you please soften my heart? I know I don’t want to seek you right now and I don’t want to let go of my sin. My heart needs softened and cleansed.”
I am backsliding and want to get back to the Lord Jesus please Lord soften my heart again help me to read and pray again
So true brother. I encourage those that are in that category that this bro mention here in this video about backsliding, repent and get right with God. Come back to a relationship with God. The consequences of me backsliding has devastated the life of my family and believe me it's not a happy one. I came back to the Lord and I'm just having faith that God will restore me once again. Pray for me and God loves the backsliders.
Sometimes I have a hard time spending extra time with God. I forgot how to spend time with him, because I had to be in 5: domestic shelters & staying in other people's homes I didn't feel peace. I am trying more & more Time with Him & In Worship to Him. Praying for a Peaceful, Private, Safe Place, & Prosperity 🙏

Spot ON. I should know. Thank Jehovah God for Grace. Grace, His un- Waverling, unmatchless, non-stop coming after me, chasing me no matter where I was, GRACE. Oh How he Loves Us Children of the Most High. I ran, he ran faster after me, overtook me and bond me in chains of Forgiveness. Lord I came Home. A little batterd, tattered, bruised and stubborn as usual but he met me at His gates and let me into his Pasture of Righteousness.

I was backsliding
God just "checked me" with this video. In the last week and a half there has been a shift in me and all of these 5 things are present. 👀

#2 if the biggest one for me. Thats the very first thing i start to realize when im swaying away from our father. Its so important to acknowledge him throughout the day even when you dont feel like it. Even for 30 sec's - 1 minute, try to do that if you find yourself moving away from him.

I take comfort in the fact that almost everyone in the bible experienced this. Elijah feeling alone and doubtful after a great victory against Jezebel. Samson after giving himself over to Delilah. King David after committing adultery and throughout his reign. The list goes on! But God reminds us that by drawing near to Him through faith is what pleases Him (Hebrews 11:6) we also need to be in fellowship with other believers and serve in Church.

Experiencing some but im glad convictions are still there and still can fight by the help of the Holy spirit . Prayer tho , ive become lazy this is what i think i was chained like when i will have my rest i will have the energy to scroll on social media but whrn its time to pray or read the bible i suddenly feel tired and sleepy .

Sometimes all these factors can be demonic oppression and demonic torment and we need deliverance; not necessarily a backsliding.
A person who is filled with the Holy Ghost can not have demonic oppression or torment.

Really challenging but encouraging as well. It's so easy to think that when we go through a season of struggling with a particular sin we are 'backsliding' which may or may not be the case

My prayer is this for the body of Christ : That we won't be complacent in our faith. Sometimes this world will try and do what it can to suffocate you all around you but Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world . And yes even if you haven't read your Bible or have you havent had your time and ect doesn't mean your not a Christian it's not about rules or regulations or you be more and try more and ect of course but it's so easy get distracted and fall into complacency with our faith. Let's continue to renew our mind with God's truth and present our bodies as a living sacrifice. Whatever you do. Do it all for the glory of God and walk in love because Christ had loved us. It's not easy but the Christian walk isn't an individual walk but it's Christ in you going through the journey with you along with the body of Christ . I was paranoid about backsliding but I guess I'm not after all. I just worry if I'm not giving God 100% of my heart.

I definitely lost my convictions. I no longer believe that pants are evil nor do I believe that doing locs on my African hair is evil. I no longer believe makeup is evil either. I have unfortunately been less motivated to pray. I remember each time but I would rather watch Netflix than pray or do anything productive even if it's work things. I have a humongous assignment due the day after tomorrow and I just can't bring myself to begin.
I am actually going to attempt to pray as soon as I finish writing this comment. Please pray for me to go back to loving God and having his joy and peace
Pants aren’t evil, locs on hair aren’t evil either or wearing makeup.
He never stop loving you, don't believe what the enemy is trying to put in your mind to replace God, return to your first love in which you had acknowledged and believe, PSALM 51, is a good way to start.

If you havent yet received the conviction from the Holy Spirit, others already has. Tight pants are sinful, locs are not from God, make up is a mask on your face for only one reason, to make your face more attractive carnally which is selfishness and that is sinful.
Now i am not saying these things alone will lead to hell but when a person already received the conviction against these things, you better not to backslide back to have them.
Are you depressed? Sometimes depression can cause some of the things you mentioned above
