Thank you for this. It answered so many questions. I was blind to what the Holy Spirit was saying to me through my pastor's sermons. It clicked with this.
Why should a message of God be interrupted by all kinds of advertisements?
Can someone pray for me? I rejected to repent several times a month or two ago (God even gave me time to repent and I rejected all chances he gave me) since then when I try to read the bible I feel fear or feel nothing. I have no conviction ( and I never prayed much, I was saved a year ago to, it was around the beginning of the summer 2022, I am 16 and is very hard time). I just want help😢.
The devil tricks you with this feelings of nothing while reading the Bible to fool you, make to mistake about it the Lord's ear is their and waiting, repent now be with him in the secret place!

Dear backslider, you are forgiven, it may not seem like it now because you feel like you disappointed God. but remember his grace is sufficient even when you have fallen! I’m coming out of my back slidden season and the holy spirit is confirming that God still loves us, he is bigger than our mistakes. Never give up. Keep following Jesus. 🙏🏾❤️

@@betheyjacobson4599 Restore yourself by first believing in Jesus Christ and that He died and resurrected for your sins. Know now that your sins are forgiven. If Christ forgave you, now you too should forgive yourself and move forward. Place your faith and hope in the Most High and He will deliver you from your internal or external afflictions.
Wow, I used to look at people who backslide and i never knew it could ever happen to me.😢😢 Now here I'm.
It's going to be alright. You just have to press in with, not your strength, but the strength that is given by God to those like us who are weak.
Please,don't be hard on yourself, but put that effort into being better in yourself.
God loves you so much that He has chosen you for His own and there is no escaping that, not even our own wickedness. The Blood of Jesus makes you worthy! The Blood of Jesus makes you clean! The Blood of Jesus has purchased your freedom. Repent. Consecrate. Ask for what you need from our Father! Speak to yourself with the word of God! Worship! Praise! Pray! Fast! Renounce and denounce all things not of God in your life.
Be patient.
I'm praying for you and all of us who are in the wilderness- that unlike our ancestors, we'd not tarry 40 years and make it put to step into our land of not milk and honey(oneness & peace with the Lord).
May the fire of God burn in you. May the Holy Spirit overtake you. Make the glorious Lord & His victory arise in your life, in Jesus precious name.

I was a lukewarm Christian. But i repented and now with the help of the Holy Spirit i am following Jesus and worship Him in spirit.
Repented of what?
I feel like Jesus wanted me to watch this video, it’s been 3 weeks since I moved to the US and I haven’t found a church yet. I haven’t been that serious in trying to find a church to go to but this video motivated me & I’ll make sure by Sunday I’ll have a church to go to so that I can be connected with other believers.
I recognise these signs. I left the Lord but came back after 10 years. There is always hope for redemption.
This is so true, I backslid for over a decade, and two months ago I called Jesus to come back in to my heart and become the Lord of my life, and he restored me so much! He loves us and it took me so long to realize he’s rooting for me not waiting for me to mess up, he loves us all so much ❤
The Holy Spirit goes before and exposes backsliding. He called me to pray and I said "I know You love me more, but rekindle, burn in my heart" and I exposed a doubt to Him like "If I am wrong forgive me Father, but.."😅😊

I backslide every time I try to enter a place of worship and am judged because of my face tattoos. Jesus forgave the world, but the people of the world do not offer me forgiveness. Only judgement. Down sliding is caused by brothers who cause us to stumble as Paul said.

I don’t think I’m backsliding but I can’t help but always feel unworthy, always feeling that I fall short of salvation.
I pray about these things and many times I feel warm and comfort to trust in the lord and that he will help guide me.

I'll pray for you. Phil 3: 14... is a good mindset I want to apply into my heart, thinking and life, sí y don't waste time in the past, that is gone (2. Cor 5:17)😊 You are a new creation and Jesus, lives in you, who overcame the world, so in Christ, we all can overcome the world❣ Hallelujah, thank you God for your grace and love and wisdom!🙌🌅 It is also challenging for me to let Christ live through me and not to be hopeless because of my mountain of inobedience, but to have faith in God and to look on the invisble, but I'm fighting to do better, even when they are small steps ( e.g. praising God for his Glory... in the morning-> focusing on his win, praying for others to see and believe, how much the Lord works and changes things unto good, trying to say myself Verses everyday in my mind to renew my mind to God's mindset). That sounds great, but I also failed so often with that and got like 1 mm further, even though y wanna go all in for God since 5 months and struggle with that and failed so often and often... But I won't give up, but try to be more like Christ and act like that, because the old is gone, everything I new and I wanna run to the goal! Let's fight for God together, because he loved us first🔥❣👊
It shames and convicts me that I am doing all of those things and I full well know it. I will commit myself to crawl my way back to Jesus fighting myself the whole way. You’re right Pastor Vlad, I need to focus on Jesus’ love for me to find my way back. Jesus help me.
The other day I looked back in one of my Bible journals and couldn't even recognise the things I had written because I've lost that intensity and zeal I once had. I had a brief desire to read over the notes and Bible passages I felt led to, then quickly got distracted with something else and never returned. That was the first moment I realised that I've fallen far and I'm following Jesus (if even that) from a distance 😢 All of these signs ring true in my life right now. May God have mercy! I've been so complacent and apathetic. He's been gracious enough to bring this video to my attention. Today is the day of repentance and returning to the LORD.
Requesting for prayers from my bondage with sexual sin and my heart has become hard because of sin's deceitfulness. May God soften my heart and restore my love and desire to know Him, to love Him and to follow Him!

Its worth it my brothers and sisters! Because you are sowing seeds! Yes some of the seed will fall on bad soil, But you never know when that seed will land on good soil and God causes your sharing the scripture to bring someone to Jesus! Remember Heaven rejoices more over 1 repented sinner than over 99 righteous people. If we give up we are essentially snuffing what light is left in the world. Stay strong saints.@@aargreborn

These past few weeks have been hard for me because of school exams and requirements. I found myself lacking quality time with Jesus. I was also being distracted by the things of the world that Jesus said to sacrifice to Him because of stress. I was also doubting God's promises🥺 Thankfully, Holy Spirit kept conviction and guiding me back to Him. This was one of His ways to call me at the front row of His feet and not just settle with following Him at a distance❤

I doubt my salvation (even after 28 years as a born-again), I had to leave my congregation, and I'm trying to process what happened when I was in Jerusalem on October 7th 2023. Made it out of Israel on October 10th.

Iam definitely experiencing backsliding . My prayer life has gone to sleep . I am a new believer and feel that I have been on my own for the past 8 , months I had been going to this big church for that time but n ver felt part of the church I was never disciple or look after as new to the faith , I felt I was on fire when i first came to the faith .

This is really an awakening lectures for me i was hit by some reasons that my faith is really backsliding from Jesus loves I would be very careful this time avoiding and rearranging my faith toward Jesus not to backslide.

This is so true brother! I was caught up in a sun of lust, any time I was giving in to temptation I would distance myself from God. Matter of fact, both prayer and scripture. I would try to read but would keep remembering evil things and get distracted. The enemy waits for an opportune time, fight with loved one, depression, job is going bad, failures- and he jumps in with temptation. I will tell you all, those sins will NEVER satisfy you, it’s a trap of the enemy. I pray that I will resist the devil and he WILL flee from you, but don’t just give up or do it half way, continue to press towards the mark of the high calling in Christ Jesus. Deny yourself (gratifying the flesh) and pick up your cross and follow Him. Looking into him, the author and finisher (perfecter) of your faith. Thank you brother Vlad. Prayer warriors, keep me in prayer as I enter this new season of victory in Jesus name. Amen.

Doubt is questioning what you believe unbelieve is refusing to believe even with evidence
Doubt is not the absence of faith it is the questioning of faith
One thing that goes with the "if you're not actively seeking God in prayer and study of the word then the devil will offer something destructive and comfy". "Walk in the Spirit and we will not gratify the desires of the flesh". There we have a list of what to do daily, proactively seeking to walk in the Spirit. If you don't, I speak from experience. You will focus on yourself and lose your peace, ultimately ending in sin.
Wow I tick all 6 boxes. I’m ashamed to say it but it’s happening to me. I want to stop it!! Big problem I have is I find it easy to forgive people but almost impossible to receive forgiveness myself. It’s a toxic cycle I can not escape. Please pray for me!!! I do not want to slide anymore 😢
