Thank you so much was just searching TH-cam for pain relief I struggle severe chronic pain I’m on so many pain meds that don’t even help I have been asked to be taken off of them at this point. I rely heavily on guided meditation to survive and although I love them I was getting too used to Jason stephenson and micheal sealey so Ty so much ❤

This would have been one of the best sessions I've listened too. But just when I think I'm really relaxing an ad pops up.. I have chronic pain ...fibromyalgia and several other conditions. I quit opiates a couple years ago and I find meditation and hypnosis works. But not when the ads pop up abd break my concentration.

That’s to do with having a free account where Google places ads for you. I agree it’s not great but you can listen ad free on the mindset change podcast. Lots of content there to help you ❤
