Man, first 3 minutes and already straight to the point, blunt as ever, with no bullshit. Endless respect to you man. Not done watching yet, just wanted to let you know we really appreciate you and how you handle your reviews. Unique, is a word I'd use. God damn, that mic test was brutal. I've been using my PC38X for probably a year now and I'm very happy. I still tune in to your videos for you and this was a great review. Thanks for the video and take care!
ever since Logitech just went straight to DTS X aka headphone for their digital sound processing I never went back., the quality has been down... once I went to Sennheiser over 5 years ago / Epos products! never went back! now they do make great quality Mice but they are definitely resting on their laurels which is sad Also this is so TRUE! LMFAO! I had a friend get a Logitech wireless Logitech G733 Wireless and when he was speaking in discord and in valorant we were roasting the SH*T out of him of the mic quality and it was hilarious! he was so offended and hurt because he spent 100+ on this headset at walmart lol then was roasted in a valorant game when people were complaining about his mic
when I charge the Logitech G Pro X 2 Lightspeed headset and it is off, can you see on the headset itself if it is fully charged or does it have to be on to see the charging status?
You don't even think about it honestly. It'll beep at you when it's getting low. That's your queue to plug it in, and by the next morning you unplug it and go another week or so without charging it. You can use it wirelessly while it's charging (say you have an outlet next to you and a USB power brick, you plug the headset into that and you can still use the headset with your PC), so there's no downside to this headset in that sense. What is inexcusable is the microphone quality. It sounds average for headsets. People will be able to understand you. That's about it. The very first original Logitech G Pro X headset had a *phenomenal* mic, and it feels like the Pro X 2 is a downgrade. My current solution is currently a $60 condenser mic with a boom arm mounted to my desk and Krisp Audio enhancer to remove my keyboard typing sounds and mouse clicks (you can use that off of discord as well, say in other games and other voice chat sorts of things).
Hi there, quick question, so the headset in my area has a regular price is 350 CAD (~257 USD rn), do you think it would be worth to purchase it if I could get it for 245 CAD (~180 USD rn)?
Man that’s a really tough one. I would have probably kept it for $150 USD for sure simply due to the sound quality. If you’re fine with the mic then yeah I think 180 is worth it. Are you able to return it if you don’t like it?
@@MercuryTV Yeah, I can, but I found out I could get the hyperx cloud III wireless for 160 CAD (~118 USD rn) so I went with that instead to test it out since logitech black version is currently out of stock. If I don’t like the hyperx cloud III wireless, then I will return it and try the logitech g pro x 2.
I dont get what u mean with no bluetooth and gaming the same time ??? So i cant connect the headset via bluetooth with my pc and start a game at the same time ?
I mean you can have your phone connected via Bluetooth and your PC connected via USB but you cannot use both at the same time like you can on Razer Blackshark, Steelseries Arctis Nova 7, Astro A50x. You can use one or the other at a time. You cannot answer a phone call while using the usb connection on PC for example.
Recent subscriber here. I like the way you do your reviews. Straight to the point with no bullshit. Good stuff!
