Nice video, but I have to ask why would you park in the lake to camp? That's not really loving the environment. Now before anyone jumps on me and calls me a tree hugger, I was a logger for 35 years and would never think of doing that. Great scenery though.

Great job.Awesome video! Looking forward to coming to bc. We will be driving with the wrangler from montreal this summer to Vancouver. Looking for a rooftop tent. Any advise?

Roof Top Tent's are another topic that I could go into great detail with, and likely will in an upcoming video. I would suggest shopping around as many tents from different brands are all actually made in the same factory in China and then just branded separately for each company. There are certainly levels of quality that you can pay for in regards to materials etc. but I would suggest thinking seriously about how many seasons you expect the tent to last, and let that help steer the level of quality you pay for. Standard, soft shell RTT's can vary in price anywhere from $1000-$4000+ depending on what you need. There is a company here in the Comox Valley on Vancouver Island called Overland Rec that has tents in the $1000 range that are very similar to Tapui.

Great video. I've been looking for a rack for my JL that sits behind the freedom panels for my tent. Looks like yours does. What brand is that rack? Thanks.

It’s a rugged ridge rack, check it out on their website! Just Jeeps in Ontario carries it, shipped quick.

Great video guys!! Is this a crown land spot? Looking for spots you can still stay on during pandemic. Love the shout out to first responders and healthcare workers...!

This was almost all shot on privately owned forestry land between Comox and Campbell River... access can be a little hit and miss, but we’ve been able to get out a few times so far

Parking overnight on a body of water? As responsible outdoor enthusiasts you shouldn’t show such reckless and illegal activity. When ever crossing a body of water you have to make the quickest trip trough. No stopping for photos or taking the long way. Your Jeep is covered in chemicals that shouldn’t be dripping into the lake.
