    It's like the music tries to make the exercise more epic than the exercise really is. Make the next edit less flashy. a simple demonstration will suffice.

    I'm able to do these fairly easy but have started to experience some pretty brutal shoulder pains. Any suggestions on improving my technique?

    @guitarpsycho4u you obviously haven't heard about crossfit, it's the best thing ever. The best way to workout!!! Jump on the bandwagon with everyone and their mother.

    i do these but not on my fingers(too wide will mess up your shoulder)

      It's advanced because finger pushups strengthen your grip plus makes the pushup wider allowing you to go deeper with the chest muscles.

    Love the exercise ideas, but seriously, cut out all that editing crap so we can actually watch the proper technique.

    My classmates laughed when I told them I would build muscle with "Smashing Ripped X", but then I showed them the results. Go and Google Smashing Ripped X to see their reaction. (It was epic!)
