I wish these videos were cut and time stamped. I can tell you have such vast knowledge of the 3d printing world and what works best but this long form content is not very digestible for a newcomer like me starting on the SV06.
I want to do the upgrades that make sense for my applications but to even witness everything you’ve done to your SV06 I have to watch like 4-5 hours of videos. I made it through the unboxing video and I LOVE the amount of detail you go into. I’ll be making some upgrades for sure.
Yeah timestamps would be helpful. I rarely have much time to stream things let alone re-watch them. We're a really small team here and we don't have too much extra time these days. If someone posted timestamps in a comment I'd be glad to update them in the video side.

Yes, Sovol seems very closely related to Creality, at least in terms of parts. Even the SV06 hotend sock has "Cr" on it.
Duramic, Inland, Overture and Polymaker seem to use close to the same formulas as the same settings work with all 3 for PETG & PLA

I can't find anything on your web site about the advantages/limitations of the EZBoard, and this video doesn't start off with any info. So...please explain why I might want to put one of these in my SV06 Plus.
Thx for a great detailed video! Curious why picking a board with lights support was more important than the 5th driver for proper z leveling support?

Print quality is better. You can run more addons. CPU is over 2X the speed, 2X the memory, and its not a knockoff CPU. Our firmware for both the stock board and ours is much better than the stock Sovol firmware.

Why is the firmware not available to download? There are for many creality and sv01 and sv03 but no sv06. Looking for a board(this one or the v3) but without available firmware i will go for the sovol mb.
gonna show just how much I dont know lol. Would an upgrade such as this allow me to alter the bed settings to try and reach 110 on the bed? Could you also control the extruder unit to have the fans turn off at idle?
Yes this will let you change the max bed temp (so will our firmware for the stock board). As for the hotend fan, that is direct wired to the power so its not able to be controlled.
Please make a swap for the SV03 hotend and board Please..;. its such an amazing base for upgrading that no one has done yet
This board is already supported in the SV03. :)

PLEASE, If you can, could you ever post a actual good video on hooking up the creality speeder pad to the sv06 cause I’m not too big into coding besides temp change for layers in prusa but I’d love to see a klipperized sv06 with this board and so on with everything else. I will definitely be looking towards it and I heard to can skip the whole process by setting it up as a Ender printer until you get to a certain part to skip the set up procedure which I’m guess it is start and end g codes which I have saved on my pc. ❤thanks if you do
We won't be doing anything with the Creality sonicpad as its violating the GPL license.
why upgrade if you are not splitting the z motors?
The stock board has the knockoff CPU and can't run things like the neopixel libraries. Our board is also much better built so it'll run better, longer.

We'll have more in a few days. We did open backorders on them so if you want to place a backorder now it'll ship and you'll be guaranteed to get one when they come in. They shipped last week so I would expect to have them in a few days if FedEx doesn't mess up the delivery./

Yes we are. Already have one pre-ordered. I'll even make sure the bed strain relief is attached. :)

Not for the SV06. We won't be doing an SV06 build for that board since its so old. Right now we have firmware for the stock board and our EZBoard V2.
What about 6V06 Plus ?
Have one on the way. Once it comes in we'll be going over it like we did here on the SV06.
Why don't yall make a 3d printer since y'all actually understand how this shit works
Need to get more staff to do that. We're trying but with the economy being terrible right now its hard to scale up as quick as we'd like too and loans are crazy high interest right now. :/
