Father Murray really a great priest .It’s all about discipline as Father Murray said .I have always tried to keep the commandments .I am not interested in what people want in the Church .If you don’t want to live as a Catholic go some where else .The Hierarchy job is to guide us to heaven .Homosexuals got into the Clergy and they want to Change Gods laws .I have never seen a person turned away other than a drunk who was falling over .I have never seen anybody turned away in 74 years as a Catholic .Catholics have always protected the Blessed Eucharist Father Murray would be a great Cardinal .
Thank God Fr Murray is speaking out about this! We need more priests like him. Pope Francis is heading the church into Vatican III & not catholic. “My sheep hear my voice: and I know them, and they follow me. 28 And I give them life everlasting; and they shall not perish for ever, and no man shall pluck them out of my hand. 29 That which my Father hath given me, is greater than all: and no one can snatch them out of the hand of my Father.” The Synod is not of God & these words are full of confusion. God isn’t a God of confusion but of truth! Francis is the pope of confusion & as a 🐑 i don’t recognize this voice because this isn’t our Shepherd!
I could not agree more! Jesus spoke with clarity and never was ambiguous. PF is all about ambiguity. Not the "voice" of the Lord, our Shepherd! Come Lord Jesus!
Pope Francis does not see synod as a meeting of clerics. He sees synod on synodality as a journey. Where we journey as a whole church together to God. His idea is to go from the grassroots up and to be inclusive. Hence religious sisters and lay peoplr are included which is a good thing. The synod is still only advisory. But we have to see this year. The synod is judged by its fruits. What recommendations are made and whether they are accepted.
Why then,are their so few vocations? Maybe it will be a good idea as the diplomacy of Pope Francis is already showing itself to be an exciting time for our youth . There are some things that elders( which I am) I think your opinion needs looking at quietly by yourself and with children who have reached the age of reason and are preparing for their first communion. The Holy Spirit does inspire the "Brilliance" of Truth, logic. Father Murray does not compromise reality. He is one of the few encouraging Priests.
