  • On my journey from beginner to badass biker...
After passing my CBT on October 15th 2023, I have decided it's time to start practising and working towards my 'Big Bike' licence. Riding my Zontes ZT 125cc U1 affectionately nicknamed Singer (as it sounds like a sewing machine). My partner is riding his new BMW GS 1250 Rallye.
Join us on our ride from Triumph Motorcycle Factory to the National Motorcycle Museum. Where we have a surprise on arrival. We explore everything the museum has to offer. Before heading to Earlswood Lakes on route home, for another unexpected surprise!
I will be completing my Module 1 (and 2) training with professional Motorcycle training school - Redditch Motorcycle Training (rmt.net.co.uk), so stay tuned for my journey from beginner to badass biker =)
Thanks for watching! Will post more B2B ride outs soon.

Well done for showing the trails, tribulations, and worries on the journey to a full motorcycle license. I can understand why you were worried about joining the M42 as the motorcycle museum literally sits over the main M42 island.
Nice job on the joint audio 👌
If you like chip shops, then can I suggest a ride up to Matlock Bath? They must have the most fish and chip shops in one street ever.

Thanks, wanted to show every side of the journey, not just the really good bits. Thanks for the top tip of Matlock Bath. We will be sure to venture there again, we rode through on the last Bank Holiday weekend and it was packed (no where to stop) so will return when not a bank holiday 👍😆

I don't think it'll take long to go for a test and a bigger bike. Looks like you have good awareness around you and indicate well. Nice and steady on the bike too. Wish you the best of luck on your journey. You should now have 165 subscribers😂🥰

Don’t ever worry, I got back to riding after a 20 year break. Despite having a full license, getting back in to riding terrified me at first and took me at least a year before I felt anywhere near competent. Before I had my daughter I had a zxr400 super sport bike and do track days, trying hard to get my knee down around corners and all the confidence in the world 😅. During the first year getting back into it, I would over think everything be terrified around other riders incase I did something stupid, in fact three years later still do. To me you look like you are riding great and you will get better and better the more you ride, even if some days it feels like you’re going backwards. Love the look of your bike, I’ve never seen one of those before.

Thank you for your really kind message. Glad I am not alone lol 😅 😆 What bike do you ride now? My bike is a Zontes ZT125cc U1 it's a good first bike. Has a 5 year warranty, so will be able to sell on with a few years warranty still on it once I have passed my full bike license🤞

@@Beginner2BadassBiker I have three bikes now Kawasaki z400, Triumph speed 400 and a Honda monkey 125 called Clyde. My husband has a Ducati Monster SP and a Royal Enfield interceptor. I am very lucky, but once the motorbike bug gets you, it really does. 😂 your Zontes looks really cool and a 5 year warranty is fantastic, I don’t think they make a bad bike today. I bet you you already have your eye on your next big bike though 😉

re. heated vest. Get a proper one (mine is keis) and the investment will pay off. I used mine daily during the winter and it works down to 0 with no issues, literally base layer, keis and my outer jacket. I wouldn't trust a cheap brand with anything that can burn you....
