Thanks for the reaction, Electric Callboy are so fun, innovative and talented. This is an odd one to start with but if you check out We Got The Moves or Hypa Hypa you'll get a sense of their style. They just want to spread fun thru amazing music. Stay safe and I look forward to you other reactions.

The genre is called Metalcore and in the case of EC it is Partycore.😅
Most of EC's music is considered "Partycore", which is a mix of EDM, techno, rock, pop, and metal. Most people start with "Hypa Hypa", but they also have a bunch of other great videos to check out:

For something completely different, and less... loud, check out "Altay", which is a collaboration between Ummet Ozcan and Otyken. Ummet is a Dutch singer/DJ of Turkic descent, and Otyken is a band of indigenous Siberians mixing traditional folk music with modern pop & rock.
"Dinner for one" is a reference to an English skit that is shown on German TV on New Years Day and at Christmas on Norwegian TV. The skit ends with the two characters going off to bed together.

If you want to try something very international I'd suggest Heilung - the tracks Anoana or Kreigsvaldr are both great experiences, if you like metal then maybe check out the Mongolian metal act The Hu Band - Wolf Totem is a good starting point...

What’s up friend… if your looking for some international flavor there’s this kid Marcin ( early 20,s now) who is a Polish guitar prodigy who plays all the parts of a song at once on his accoustic …. Anything from Still Dre, to Metallica, to classical… including the lyric lines…. Also a band from Finland called Nightwish (not a huge fan personally) But both will bring big fan bases and you may like them both.

It’s called sidechain compression. It prevents me from continuously pausing the video. I’m an audio engineer. I know how that works. 🙂
