Dear Jon, I never thought i’d write a dear Jon letter :-) but here i am and i think i may be a day late and a few hours short. Are you still here? You see, you stole my heart many many years ago with your songs but mostly with your melodic soothing voice which i could never get enough of. How can anyone not fall in love with the soul that bears such a voice? It made me cry it made me laugh it made me sing and want to dance. Only someone who feels deeply and loves deeply can sing with such pathos. Especially the gospel songs. I prayed then that the Lord would open your eyes that you may see. And i love(d) you so… but no-one ever asked me how, how i’ve lived till now…without hearing your voice for so long. You see, when Elvis died a part of me died with him, mainly because of what he had become in his later years, and i no longer wanted to hear him-he was gone. And yet…i’ve often wondered over the years where he was-did your eyes turn upon Jesus, were you looking fully into His wonderful face? Oh the glory that God should have received from that wonderful gift He gave you, the souls that could have been won for His Kingdom. Recently looking back at my own life’s journey, i came across this youtube channel while looking for the song Elvis sang called “Yesterday when i was young” and while watching it i thought….no….it can’t be…but it is!! There’s no mistaking that voice. And then i saw the brief clip (2:51 min.) with Elvis wearing his white outfit without the winged cape and then saw the necklace, so i had to rewind it and look closer and lo and behold…”Chai” (חי) Curiosity led to the website and i was pleasantly surprised. What an awesome God we have that He knows the plans He has for us. Jer.29:10 I pray you’re well if you are still here. As a younger man I thought life was a foolish game and the end was a million miles away.. I'm in my sixties now,and realise so many things I couldn't see before, I guess life is one continuous lesson to br learned and experienced. I have few regrets though! After watching this video, I was very moved by Mr.Jon's beautiful singing and Laura's priceless video clips of Elvis. I love everything of this video, the music, lyrics and the intro of the guitar playing that I will love to come back to listen again and never getting tire to do so. When I watching this song it seems like Elvis is alive and singing his heart out to his true friends and fans. Such a touching & really heartbreaking song. Time stands still for no man, that is such a true statement. But such great memories and we experienced so many for which we are blessed, included all this incredible music you have given us once again. Who could have dreamt it in their wildest dreams, for something like this to have come to us once more. There are no words really that I could say to explain how I felt when I heard this voice. I come back to this song time & time again and I hear his fantastic voice, and he brings me to tears each time I listen & watch his journey. We were inadvertently on the journey with him, and something down deep in my heart tells me this sort of another journey he is taking us on. You know I bought a cd of Jon’s, put it in my 5 cd Boise, the 1 Jon’s & 4 Elvis cds and the sound was incredible , could hear it through the whole house. I didn’t realize Jon’s cd was over and Elvis’ cd came on , I said my heavens he sounds exactly like Elvis, ; ) but he really does. Hi Jon, it's Funny the Way, God uses TIME when you think about it. It keeps so many things in order and yet it doesn't. How can you tell a man is wiser. If the right things are learned from the time that he's been Here. But not just learn the stuff time teaches us, it has to be more than that. The song and video in a way, tells Elvis's story almost like you get, what was going on. For me in a way that helps give the man more understanding in how things got to where they were. With how he didn't seem to kind of approach things. In a lot of ways Elvis became so famous, no one could have ever been able to deal with it properly. Considering how things started out and how different they are nowadays. I can see why the term fairytale meant something to Elvis from his point of view. I think that was really captured in this video. And It's Extremely Well Done! We all have things to learn from Time And Thank God he gives us the time to learn them and do them. God bless John

Recently looking back at my own life’s journey, i came across this youtube channel while looking for the song Elvis sang called “Yesterday when i was young” and while watching it i thought….no….it can’t be…but it is!! There’s no mistaking that voice. And then i saw the brief clip (2:51 min.) with Elvis wearing his white outfit without the winged cape and then saw the necklace, so i had to rewind it and look closer and lo and behold…”Chai” (חי) Curiosity led to the website and i was pleasantly surprised. What an awesome God we have that He knows the plans He has for us. Jer.29:10

After watching this video, I was very moved by Mr.Jon's beautiful singing and Laura's priceless video clips of Elvis. I love everything of this video, the music, lyrics and the intro of the guitar playing that I will love to come back to listen again and never getting tire to do so. When I watching this song it seems like Elvis is alive and singing his heart out to his true friends and fans. Yes, he was indeed very lonely and sad when he said his last idios to his fans in " Elvis In Concert" 1977.

Such a touching & really heartbreaking song. Time stands still for no man, that is such a true statement. But such great memories and we experienced so many for which we are blessed, included all this incredible music you have given us once again. Who could have dreamt it in their wildest dreams, for something like this to have come to us once more. There are no words really that I could say to explain how I felt when I heard this voice. Why isn’t this all over the world, you feel like shouting from the hilltops!!!! This guy sounds just like someone that left us 40 yrs ago. Could it be, had the Lord blessed us with him once again. Well I just am thrilled beyond words, it is you that wrote, I watch your videos all the time. I have a friend that I convinced to listen to you and she bought all the music & spiritual cds.
She was so funny, she said well some sound different than others meaning the voice. I said I believe you just purchased yourself treasures that you are going to cherish for all time. I believe she feels like she did also. I said now we need the book series. I will be watching for them with baited breath. I would like to tell you I was in a Facebook group, and I was allowed to play one of your videos each day. Ive been so happy to have found you, that I’d like other people to hear and enjoy what I am enjoying. I think they are missing out on something so amazing, some believe and some just flat out dismiss it. I think it’s their loss, you can lead a horse to water but...you know the rest. I come back to this song time & time again and I hear his fantastic voice, and he brings me to tears each time I listen & watch his journey. We were inadvertently on the journey with him, and something down deep in my heart tells me this sort of another journey he is taking us on. You know I bought a cd of Jon’s, put it in my 5 cd Boise, the 1 Jon’s & 4 Elvis cds and the sound was incredible , could hear it through the whole house. I didn’t realize Jon’s cd was over and Elvis’ cd came on , I said my heavens he sounds exactly like Elvis, ; ) but he really does. Hi Jon,
it's Funny the Way, God uses TIME when you think about it.
It keeps so many things in order and yet it doesn't.
How can you tell a man is wiser. If the right things are learned from the time that he's been Here.
But not just learn the stuff time teaches us, it has to be more than that.
The song and video in a way, tells Elvis's story almost like you get, what was going on.
For me in a way that helps give the man more understanding in how things got to where they were. With how he didn't seem to kind of approach things.
In a lot of ways Elvis became so famous, no one could have ever been able to deal with it properly. Considering how things started out and how different they are nowadays.
I can see why the term fairytale meant something to Elvis from his point of view.
I think that was really captured in this video. And It's Extremely Well Done!
We all have things to learn from Time And Thank God he gives us the time to learn them and do them.
