For some reason _this_ is my favorite tank of the war. The earlier ones looked weird with the tiny turret, the -85 is just all everyone talks about and is top heavy looking. German tanks are overrated. The M4 is cool. But somehow the M1942-3 is my favorite. I like the hexagonsl turret, the mickey mouse hatches, effective gun and armor, the steel road wheels. But it's always the one everyone ignores, even though it did most of the hardest fighting and Germany was already beat by the time the -85 came out. They give the -41 the attention because it was the one the surprised the panzers, and the -85 gets praise for being the ultimate version, but the 42 was the real hero, in my opinion.

А я вот видео смотрел и в этих видео отчетливо видно, что т-34 практически всегда применялся в тесном взаимодействии с пехотой. А это беспроигрышный вариант. О чем забыли многие современные тактики применения бронетехники!

@user-ne2zy8xj1d Нет танк сопровождения пехоты это Т-26 и Матильда, а Т-34 это средний танк, но пехота нужна для прикрытия танков, а не наоборот, так делали все, а иначе пехота противника "пожёт" танки.
