DIY Coffered Ceiling Part 1

There are so many ways to upgrade your home and add value to it, coffered ceilings is a major way to do this. It gives the house an upgraded and expensive look, while also creating an illusion of more height.
Our living room was lacking light and we decided to add in some pot lights. But what better way to add pot lights than in a coffered ceiling? This was such a cost effective way to elevate the look of our home and we are so happy with the results!!

I like the way you did this project. It was simple but turn out elegant. I’ll be doing something similar for my apartment. Since my ceiling isn’t too high I don’t want something too bulky. So, the way you did it is just perfect.
