Alecrim (Rosmarino/ Rosemary) is constituent of the Spiceries Series, a collection of pieces for different instrumental solos, made up upon the T-system. The T-System is a form of pitch control put forth by the composer. Each piece holds the name of a spice or condiment.
This piece is an Etude for trumpet that explores, especially double and triple tonguing, besides other techniques of the instrument.
