There just needs to be a little education around ultra rapid chargers - those cables are heavy and if you haven’t got your car settings configured so that the connector locks when inserted to your car and if you don’t support the weight of the cable while the initial connection is being made then the weight can pull the cable out slightly such that a proper connection isn’t made. I use Ionity on my road trips ( which can be upto 4 times a day) - I always support the cable while the connection is being made as a precautionary measure and now don’t have any problems.
Really nice car! These seats look great, and they would not look out of place in an Audi or oder European car. From the rear, they look similar to my Megane E-Tech seats 😁
Will it sell in the UK - probably, but not in huge numbers. It is always a worry with a new brand with who will support it but at a quick glance it looks like Halfords will offer servicing, but then again Fisker had a superb product and have everything going for it - then it crashed and is gone. a real shame as we nearly ordered a batch of the Ocean's with the 400 miles+ range. Personally, not a fan of the walnut finish and was so happy when Tesla dropped it also. Leave this finish back in the 90's on the older Mondeo. The video reported 'no adaptive cruise' which in my eyes is a must for EV's as well as every car (for safety) but take it one step further so it recognises road signs and knows where islands and bends in the road are. For £37k OTR for the smaller battery, it will suit small families who will toddle around town or the odd trip into the country but as a Fleet car - well, lets see if a test drive changes my mind. I agree with the presenter though, the Tesla supercharger network is a game changer and having experienced it first hand it is simply the best and most reliable network i have ever used, and they are everywhere. Good review, thank you
We saw this at Everything Electric North and my wife and I thought it looked very nondescript, and that the price would be the thing that swayed buyers. Seems like a lot of car for the price.
That “scrabbling” is a characteristic of front wheel drive vehicles - all that torque to the steering front wheels!

Saw this one at Fully Charged North, looked pretty good. We need manufacturers to build more affordable EVs.
