I like your commentary, you say out load exactly what is in my head but never say out load. I love to hear it said out load, very entertaining and informative.
Thanks for sharing!!! I dont have Kioti but I thought this was a very good video on what things look like inside when taking front hubs apart with some idea on how to. I dont recall a happier repair guy anywhere, could call you the happy mechanic. The only distraction was about half way though your high blood pressure monitor kept beeping and beeping and beeping...........
It just TOTALLY AMAZES me how just about 99% of compact "TWACK-TER drivers " think their "rig" is the BEST & just not OVERLOADED Enough. Those "measly" snap rings hold that whole "little world" together. With the ADVENT about Loaded tires this problem of "too quick seal fail" is a VERY common occurrence. Thank you Sir for the Excelent vidio and happy safe tractoring. You are a Professional. Best wishes with all your endeavours.
Sorry about that, must be the garage door sensor. I am about deaf in one ear and cant hear out the other when it comes to certain noises. So i never noticed it.
When your done id switch the axle to gear oil like it says in owner manual my dealer warned me to change front axle oil when I did first service so the thin oil didn't leak out of seal
Good video except for the annoying beeping in the background…. I’ve got a CK2610HST and have had to replace both axle seals multiple times. Dirt and mud just seem to eat them up over time. Wish there was a way to protect those exposed seals! Good job with your first seal replacement!
Very nice video, wish I had your sense of humor when working on my tractor! Very pleasant video. I had replaced my right side seal a couple years ago with no Kioti video, went fairly well, now its time to do the other side and its nice to have a guy that has a video for the same tractor as I have.Im wondering if this is a problem with the seals, I actually had to replace the rear drive shaft seal already. The tractor currently has 730 hours on it .
Thanks for watching. I complain about repairs, but in the end I cannot imagine not having my tractor. I can just imagine the amount of work you got done in those 730 hours. I know theres stuff I do that I look at and know without the tractor it would have taken 10 times longer. I just wish everything with tractors wasn't so expensive! I ended up replacing both sides also. But I have had no problems in that area since. Have a good one.
Lordy, Lordy, that seal is different than my Kubota but just as cockeyed. After replacing it once I tried Barr's Leak and it works great. That $56 seal is a joke.
Question: Is Kioti any relationship to Kubota? Anybody know? Reason I'm asking is because I just replaced the front axle seal on a Kubota 3710 and be damned if it is almost identical to this Kiota. There's very little difference. It broke down the same way. The only difference I did was since it was just the steering seal leaking on mine, I took off the whole assembly from the bottom so I wouldn't have to break the hub seal. Oh, and Kubota has a big O-ring for the hub. I noticed that on this Kioti it didn't have one. Anyway, good job on this video. Very informative.
Would you come help me on my dk45s? That ck 35 looks like a better assembly. Mine dropped and broke apart. Looking for that repair on line. Thank you for your time it took to video. Atleast I have a little of an idea of what I’m getting into.
Mine moved really easy with minimum pressure. I used a screwdriver tip and just pushed them up. They didn't move very far but they moved plenty far enough for me to get the snap ring back on.
Common problem. MINE IS A 2018 AND HAS LEAKED 3 DIFFERENT TIMES ON BOTH AXELS. COVERED UNDER WARRENTY. KEEP CLEANED OUT WITH AIR COMPRESSOR. DIRT GETS IN THERE
A very common problem with these and other brands. The whole problem is;= the front axle is getting "CRUSHED" from the loader being OVERLOADED. Rear wheel ballast is the MAIN problem, sinse it transmits the WHOLE WEIGHT of the tractors ballance point of the front axle. With ballast weight BEHIND the rear axle it "levers " weight OFF of the front axle. These front axles seals (fixed for others) are my worst nightmare.
These little twacters are not industrial rated fer the loads that are put on the "almost flimsy" front axles. The loaders are almost too powerfull, with compounding-leverage over the front axle the stress is horrendous. Fixed this befor on multiple makes & models. One issue stands out, that they ALL had in common----- little on no rear axle outbound weight leverage. The rear tires LOADED or wheel-weights is no help for the front axle. A heavy weight box, back-hoe, or heavy 3point implement sticking out there way back REALLY helps for the "ocassional" full loader capacity. The little "clip" that holds these together is almost a miracle, along with the tappered bearings & the Very Expensive seal ( it's part of the "bearing-action" too). Just keep the front weight down & keep-er out of 4wd or get a bigger TWACKTER.
They have a 2 year warranty on the basic tractor parts. By the time I noticed it leaking and called the local dealer last fall I had missed my cut off date by about a month.
They have a promotion from 2018 to 2024 I believe. They give you an extra 2 years on the power terrain warranty. I bought mine Dec 2018 and the front seals just started leaking. I contacted my dealer and they verified it is covered. Taking it in for repairs in 2 weeks.
These "little" compact tractors are "tortured" in their 65 hour per year lives. This "oil-seal" ( Realy fatigued& cruseded bearings) problem happen s ALL THE TIME!!! Have fixed many ( all brands) for my associate's; but NEVER MY OWN !! The Loader work= Extreame compound leverage when rear tires are LOADED= happens evey time!!! By using the 3point with "out-board" balast this technique "leverages" Weight OFF of these flimsy front axles to the Stonger REAR AXLE !!! Just so happens that the loaders are really TOO STRONG for Tractors under 45 horsepower in 90% of cases. This New "miricale wonder fluid " is KILLING little "TWACK-TER s", by enableing them to "safely" picking up MORE Than they SHOULD. Balast is important; just use "3point counter-weighted leverage" to save your front axle& forget the Expensive " Slime-rim-guard". Thank you Sir for the Excelent vidio ( & Comedy).Best wishes with all your endeavours.
This is the best video I found so I can see where the snap ring is. Thank you for the great camera angles and lighting. Excellant job.
Thank you. I actually removed the whole Hub Assy off. Just a extra hour to the Job to reassemble plus the half hour to watch your video.
Got to have a good sense of humor when owning a kioti. All my bolts were loose when I bought mine
I like your commentary, you say out load exactly what is in my head but never say out load. I love to hear it said out load, very entertaining and informative.
Very thankful for the pea brain comment. That's exactly where I got stuck. FYI Kioti part number T5715-27131. It's a 100mmx75mmx12mm seal.
Thank you for the part number.
Did everyone's go on both sides at the same time?
Awesome video brother. Thanks for sharing. Love you r sense of humor. Made it worth watching all the better. God Bless

Great job filming and explaining in simple terms and easy going attitude.

I would like to be his friend. What a freakin' riot! Great job.
Thank you for this video. You made this more clear than other videos I've watched. Same seal leaking on my CK3510.
Great videos!
I've got a 2015 with 600 hours.
You've covered all the minor issues so far. Keep up the good work, we'll all be watching.
Enjoyed this video. Good job! Love your attitude and approach to the video.
Did everyone's seals blow at the same time on both side? Mine did, im thinking these axles need a vent.
Your a very good cameraman vs mechanic. Mar it up all you want silicone fills all!
Nice vid. Definitely looked like job for a home mechanic.
I thoroughly enjoyed this video and your commentary 😂
Whatever is beeping is killing me lol

@@luckyandy76 lol
Good video, nice to see how that all goes together. Thanks 👍
Excellent how to video ! I learned a lot from it. You can work on my equipment any time.
Great video. I have a ck30 and there is no manual with it.
well done, enjoyed the commentary!!
Nice video! I have one of these to do and thanks to you, I think I can do it now.

I’m at 4:18 and this video looks good but the beeping (I assume smoke detector) makes me want to chop my ears off lol
run to your safe place.

Does anybody have a part number for the seal or a cross reference number to look up at local auto supply stores?
Very helpful.
There was no o-ring seal because the paint was what was sealing it from the factory.
I did it in 10 hours or so. I’m hoping the other side goes a lot faster.
I have a 2017 ck4010hst my exact seal has gone, what is the part number for it, or sizes.
Thanks
How did you get the bearings to move back up?
Mine moved really easy with minimum pressure. I used a screwdriver tip and just pushed them up. They didn't move very far but they moved plenty far enough for me to get the snap ring back on.
I feel like he would still be talking without camera.
Where can I order the new seals and how much are they?

What the number for the seals I have the same tractor
What year is your kioti? I just bought a 2020, ck3510 hst. Gonna be pissed if this starts on mine!
Its happened to mine! God damn it! 4 yrs 600 hr. Lots of problems. Kioti company sucks to do any warranty work. 4yrs of paying, 3 yrs of it working.
my kioti tractor has 82 hours and started leaking at the front axle on both sides
What’s the part number on that seal
great video thank you.
I wonder what caused the seal damage ?
Me to. I was told its a common failure in tractors. Don't know if that is true or not though.

Word to the wise - change all the bearings - not just the bad one...
Just did mine I’m still hoping my snap ring is in all the way, lol
Do you know the part number or o ring size?
Shouldn't that be under warranty
Wouldn't that seal be covered under warranty?
They have a 2 year warranty on the basic tractor parts. By the time I noticed it leaking and called the local dealer last fall I had missed my cut off date by about a month.
Good to know! I bought a CK2610SE Cab last august. I thought everything was covered for 6 years. Thanks for responding!
2 year “bumper to bumper” warranty, 6 year power train warranty on Kioti.
@@warrior4-u I thought the front axle was part of the powertrain

whats the damn beeping?
Kioti still needs to tighten up their QC.
The beeping is driving me nuts
Clean before you work
Hit it sallie
Thst is possibly the worst location for a steering cylinder and its hoses to be.
