Great video. There clearly has to be some pre-arrangement with Howie, as a very normal reaction to being asked to move his *hand* when he feels "the pressure" would be "On my foot?" Second, he has to have his left hand on his lap under the table on his lap. If either one of those things had not happened perfectly, that part of the performance would have been blown. What bothers me about this is that by using the judges (or using the show's host in the case of Penn & Teller's Fool Us) there is the presumption of no collusion -- when in fact there is.
