No, they actually wouldn't fit the stylization in the least. Dr. Suess's characters usually had more complex shapes and a lot of detail lines, whereas the Tweenies are very simple in design(not even an insult, as easy as it would be, because they're puppets designed for kids who can't really take too much visual complexity in).

I have super vague memories of watching this when I was like, 3. I do remember the scene with the “Tweenie clock”, which I always thought was just a big flower or something. Well, we all thought Scarfhulu was killed at the end of Broken Sword 2. At this point, death on the Caddicarus channel is more of a suggestion than anything else.
There was that whole thing with the voodoo doll and Jordan Underneath too, even though Caddy didn't actually die that time.
Clearly Ian is a god with mastery over psychic self-reading letters with excellent timing AND ridiculous healing pills that recreate not only hands, but the tattoos on said hands.
He'll probably bring Caddy back just to mess with him some more.
