In this video, we’ll look at a great alternative to hosting a dashboard on Tableau Cloud! You don’t need to purchase multiple licenses for the viewers of your dashboard. All they need is the URL!
While not as secure as a Tableau Cloud solution, hosting a private dashboard on Tableau Public can be a viable alternative if your data isn’t extremely sensitive, or you have a large viewer-base.
In this video, I’ll explain the process to upload your dashboard to Tableau Public, make it private, and share it with your end-users!

I published a report on tableau server , when I click on any data it is opening a new tab rather then filtering and showing data on same tab . Let me know how to fix this issue

Check your dashboard actions. It sounds like a rogue action filter that's directing to another sheet.
