Now all you're missing is depicting the frost museum and the art museum that are up against 395 to the north and what I believe is supposed to be FTX arena should have a small plaza on the opposite side. I think the South end should point into what is actually bayfront Park would be a great end cap to a highly structured commercial section as a real Miami downtown is. i was born and grew up in Florida, and this is honestly pretty accurate. my only piece of advice is MORE PALM TREES!! they're seriously everywhere, can't look somewhere without there being some sort of palm tree/weird bush thing. don't be afraid to put them everywhere lol.

I have most of the common mods for this game, but I'm not sure how you get land to appear automatically under things when building on the water like at 8:09 ? Is it just a function of Move it when copy pasting ?

are those palm trees not modded assets? the tree panel shows an option to sort by steam subscriptions and I don't recall seeing them in the vanilla game
With which mod do you ensure building that don’t have a direct connection to a road still get provided with city services and don’t have that fat street Symbol above them. If use use Move It! The building moves but the „foundations“ don’t blocking me from building anything where I previously built the building which I moved with Move it!
It's a nice looking city. No criticism on Imperatur, but personally I don't like (t)his overly constructed and "planned thoroughly" sandbox style of play.

The Science Building somewhat resembles to Elbphilharmonie building in Hamburg, that's why I also like to place it over the seafront :)

I always use line tool with curves to make magic with plant bushes. it would look amazing along the back of the hill behind the theatre.

I think they're tied to your map being tropical.
Love the buildings you're mashing together, are they functional? Looks like it.
Mashing high density commercial with offices or high density residential is the only way we can get mixed use buildings in Cities Skylines!

I wondered for long why nearly every city building game let's you manage electricity, water and sewers but no gas lines. Not a single one.
