It slowly moves in most game modes, but there is a few that has total freeze.

Okay, so he managed to evade shotgun pellets at point blank range. They travel at approximately 400 meters per second. A shoulder mounted missile only has an initial velocity of 40 meters per second, and since the target was only a few feet away from the launching mechanism, the final velocity shouldn't be much more than the initial 40. So how does he get struck by a projectile moving ten times slower than one he had already dodged?

+Yellow King Its a shaped charge explosive. Hes relatively safe from the explosion as all the fragments will be going away from him and the blast is not that great either. Same stuff they use in cutting steel when blowing up a building (like the hospital in batman).
And now i think about it, the warhead will not actually explode. The explosive has a primer that is activated by the spinning motion of the rocket, and will only be primed a few dozens meters after it leaves the tube. So it is just a giant kinetic projectile before that.
The shooter however, will be seriously burnt from the back blast of the rocket engine when its leaving the tube.

+zG Bronzey you cannot duck faster than you fall. given that he would accelerate downwards from zero at 9.8m/s^2, that would need to be a _really_ slow-moving rocket. probably possible in super hot given it has very slow projectiles, though
+apk It is possible to duck faster than one can fall. A simple test is to place a small massive object (take care so it won't hurt) on one's head, face a mirror, and duck. One will see the object separate from their head, thus showing that ducking is indeed faster. This is because ducking actively uses muscles to pull the upper body downwards, whilst falling just allows gravity to take over, with the body doing nothing to pull itself down.
This is not to say that it is significantly faster than falling, but rather is noticeably faster.
