Thanks, Dave! That reins guide is one of my most favorite finds to date. It's so green and the one edge is worn from the rein rubbing it. Thanks and good luck on your hunts!
Thanks! I was super happy to see that beautiful, green rein guide come out of the ground. Love that old, green patina. Thanks for watching and commenting!
Great hunt brother!! Love the razor, congrats! That suspender clasp is gorgeous. Nice old site there! Pretty sweet token too and so many relics, Wicked happy hunting!!
Great Hunt there. Love the Lock. I'm still looking for a brass one like that. Been detecting for 16 years. Love the 5 Cent Token. Congrats on all your finds there. Take Care
Wow TC what an incredible detecting site. Looks like virgin hunting. Congrats, so many amazing relic's. The 1890s round was awesome. Super entertaining video and hunt. Thank you Rich. Have a great week. G. 👍😃
It was good to get out again, Shed Man. This was likely over near you. It's about 1/4 mile from the Wabash river on the Indiana side. Appreciate you, brother!

I'm 64, retired and live in north central Texas. I've been detecting close to 40 yrs and I grew up here, know the area extremely well, and had more permissions than I could hunt. Everything has changed, especially in the past couple of years. Californians have moved in, bought a huge percentage of what once was farms, ranches, or open fields and bulldozed everything off of it, put giant houses in the middle, ten foot fences and put cameras up and the permissions have gone in a hurry. I went to detect a lifetime friends acreage today and actually had two people, one ATV and 1 car come up to the fence, yell at me and told me to leave, I had no business just hanging around in empty fields. Not the owner, not friends with the owner and they want to know why they are not liked.
It is a much different world than when we were young. I've had the police called on me for detecting on public property. The officers are always nice and apologetic to me. I'm no prophet, but many signs point to the end times right now. They are like locust that move to the next field to destroy it, bringing the same ideas that ruined their state. Hang on to Texas!
let's go let's go treasure and adventure ✌👵
Thanks, GMK!!! I appreciate you!!
THAT was a great site you found!!! That buckle looked very very old, if not 1700's than very early 1800's.
Congrats.
