In this video - "Reacting to Hate Comments on Insider Gyaan | IIT Girls | Jobs Abroad for Indians, etc." - we thought of doing a chill video while going through our comments section - some fun ones but mostly hate comments. Most of the hate comments on our videos are on the "IIT Girls" video. But there are others about talking in english, wearing makeup, etc. etc.
An IIT + IIM / ISB alumni initiative to provide insider tips and tricks about college and career., we cover topics ranging from reality of life at IIT, IIM, ISB to hacks about job search, career options, networking, interview prep, choosing electives, extracurriculars, why MBA after engineering, how to score marks in college, and much more!

You both need a crash course of Jordan Peterson, understand the equality of outcome vs equality of oppurtunity concept. Also read Rajiv Malhotra's Book Snakes of Ganga where he explains how woke ideology is paralyzing meritrocicy over DEI in IIT's as a propoganda.

Although u are ryt but i think reservation is not the key aapne kha 100 ladke upar hoge jisme beat kiya hoga usko lekin ladki ne to beat nhi kiya wo to seat le gayi na bahi aap defend kar rho bas aur kuch nhi, reservation is wrong at all seat badhi hai to wo dono ke liye badhi hai ladle or ladki dono ke liye jo acha karga wo seat le jayga lekin point ye hai ki jo seat reserve hai usme less deserve candidates seat le jaygi na

I am looking forward to Feminism growing in India. Indian Women need to be more like Western Women. More tinder, instagram, onlyfans, career-focused, less kids, less house-wives, less clothes, more promiscuity, more submissive husbands, declining population, more political correctness, more false accusations against men, more divorces, more "strong single mothers", more isolated men, buying cats/dogs instead of having children, or having babies at 35 years old with additional health risks, more emasculated demoralized men. Let's Make India Great where both Men and Women work full-time jobs and hire someone else to raise your children, like in the UK where they give 6 year old children LGBT books and tell 11 year old boys that Transgender is great and that "men have periods too." What a wonderful future India has to look forward too!

Hey, i didn't really watch that (controversial) video but wanted to give my two cents on the same ( not that anybody asked😅). My only objection against 20% female quota in IIT/NIT, gender diversity marks in B-Schools, or diversity hiring conducted by companies is that they should be aimed at helping the underprivileged women and not those who are already empowered.
Eg: If a girl belongs to a middle class/ rich family then probably she has the required amount of exposure...hence shouldn't be getting any advantage. On the contrary rural women deserve and should get such advantages.
Also consider a girl who got into IIT/NIT/IIM because of gender diversity...is she still eligible for diversity hiring of companies???...that would follow "IAS ka bata IAS" logic...
Lastly i just wanted to say i have seen some amazing women who were much better than me or any other guy in the class...they can shine without any advantage...and I would love to see more of them.
Agree Sayak. The idea is to give a chance to women so that those who are good for a role, college, etc. Can make use of it. I won't talk about reservation (cuz who am I) but as a recruiter for quite a few roles and having worked in MNCs, can tell u that they will never hire anyone not fit for a job just because of diversity. ❤️

Di just wanted to state something which happened during college...In SIH it was mandatory for each team to have a girl participant and since the total no of girls are less we had to take a fachi in our team who knew literally nothing about coding ...And after all this she had the audacity to claim a part of the prize... Now is this also our mediocrity or thats just her being selfish, hypocrite...
See that's the problem that needs to be solved...to get more girls in the system! Although I do find it weird u will have someone in the team and not give them a part of the prize?!
@@InsiderGyaan Di but we didn't want her on the team we were forced to have her...Also if she had the skills req than no one questions her part but she was just learning about c and didn't contribute to the team
If someone doesn't contribute being a part of team that's definitely their mistake...but claiming prize for a team one is a part of...may be not...anyway I don't have context to comment so I won't. Peace :)
