this makes me want to get a resin printer because of how smooth and clean the figures look. Alot of sanding involved on pla if you want it this smooth but you can do it.
@@TinyLittles3D more stripes, she have lot of them on pants - more patinece, i paint even hard to see areas, if somebody pick model up, to not missing things, but , its your model/figure, you must like it :) have you considered using gunze metalic colors ? they look avesome
This is in no way a dig at you, your paint job is fantastic. But man, the original sculptor *really* lost that forlorn look of total betrayal in Jinx's eyes. But, looking at the rest of their catalog... I can't say I'm surprised.
@@BrianMullens-yn1pl Their bread and butter is taking female charathers and over sexulizing them. Which in itself I don't have a problem with, you can do sexy in a way that's respectful. It's the fact that they take the original charather and slap on conventionally attractive features, making them reconisable only in cosmetics. It's a general problem I see in this industry(?) where female charathers can't just look cool and badass, they have to have a leering sexiness slapped on top that I just find gross.
Cool video, it's a pity it's a little short, please make the video longer if possible. As a beginner, it’s very interesting for me to learn how to paint and assemble figures from you👍👍👍

I am curious about your process of going from base red for skin undertones and what colors you overlay to get lighter and lighter
I use the fairy flesh set from Vallejo to build lighter and lighter tones

I use the fairy flesh set from Vallejo. It’s a very versatile set if you experiment with mixing them. You can pretty much get most skin tones right

What glue should I use to attach parts of resin 3d mods?
I use crazy glue. For heavier parts, 5 minute epoxy

Why do you sand some parts of the model at the very beginning before you prime?
3d printed models have some imperfections that needs to be sanded down and fixed

I know what you mean and I agree, but I don’t think it’s that bad here it’s mostly the eyebrows.
