Creepshow 2 was filmed in September 1986 (released in May 1987). Hard to believe it was that long ago! Thanks for the tour!

The owners respected The Chief. They always made sure his face was painted, with his tribe colour's of respect and spoke to him fondly. The Chief was the protector. A lot of 80's films, reflected around the Indian burials and land, their powers and rituals.
Creepshow 1 and 2 both good films. Thankyou again Mike and Jessica.

Thank you brother, I've practically memorized this entire movie, one of my all time faves! Desolate horror that stays with you and the grubby practical effects by Howard Berger and Greg Nicotero is so indelible and fun. I often go to Google Street view to see the locations especially the Spruce department store,
"We're going to Hollywood Fat Stuff we're going to Hollywood man, no more eating dust man, get your car Rich boy"

One of my sentimental favorites! If you ever want to visit more sites from this movie, I live in Dexter, Maine where right on Main St. is where the Paperman was delivering papers in front of Reny's department store. And out on one of the back roads is where he can be seen driving off at the end of the movie in the truck. And parts of the Hitchhiker were filmed in Bangor, Maine about 40 minutes from me and in the City Stephen King lives in!

I live in the area. It’s super easy to find. It’s up by granite mountain. It’s called Granite Basin lake. A side note, if you remember the 19 firefighters who died in the Yarnell fire back in 2013, they were known as the Granite Mountain hotshots. Named after this mountain.

I love Creepshow 2! That General Store with the wooden Native American statue was actually supposed to be a cigar shop. Strangely enough, I manage a cigar lounge and we have a wooden Native American Chief statue who stands and guards the front door.
Every morning when I open the lounge, I prop him up to hold the door open and say “Good morning, Chief. Keep us safe today.” He’s not as tall as Old Chief Woodn’head, but we love him.
That episode always makes me sad when the couple gets shot and killed, but Old Chief’s revenge is awesome! I love that the location where that episode was filmed all those years ago still looks pretty much the same as it did then! Thanks for going out there and for another great video!
