It's been two years after the events of Conviction, Third Echelon has been terminated after a failed assassination attempt on the President's life. But when a new terrorist plot known as "The Blacklist" puts America's fate hanging in the balance, Patricia Caldwell, the US President, responds by forming Fourth Echelon, a new special operations & counter-terrorism unit with former Third Echelon agent Sam Fisher as the commander of the unit alongside his ally Anna Grímsdóttir as the unit's tech-ops control officer and second-in command. Added as a new member are Isaac Briggs, former CIA agent and new Fourth Echelon agent and Charlie Cole, 4E's resident hacker and technology officer. Now the unit's new mission: hunt down those responsible for the attack and stop the Blacklist countdown before it's too late.

Money talks so it won´t sadly... It´s all about profits, microtransactions and pay 2 win games now. Single player games with linear story don´t make enough money, so that´s why they don´t make them anymore. Games was better before with better gameplay and story. Now they care more about the $$$ than their fans it seems like. We haven´t seen a new Splinter Cell game in 10 years
It's been 8 years man. It was long time overdue we redid this on PC. Hard to believe how fast time flies. This was one of our first game movies, and we did it on the Xbox 360!

This was the first SC game I played, got it free with my 770 back then. I played the shit out of it. What a game.
That subway cop who killed the guy with intel always pissed me off.
Why? He got a clean shot in a hostage situation and took it. How the hell he supposed to know who that is. I don't even think they knew the blacklist was in Chicago at that point.
On the one hand, I was pissed too, but at the same time, the guy holding the man hostage went to aim his gun at the cop, the cop had to make a slip-second decision. But personally, I would have backed away. There was already someone else handling the situation, a man dressed head to toe in tactical gear and wearing literal NVGs that are reserved for higher-up military. Cops are trained to leave the situation to someone else once someone more qualified for the job shows up. He didn't know who Sam was or who he was working for, but what pissed me off even more was that the cop thought Sam was working with the guy that was holding the passenger hostage
@@epikthread8494 I agree with this, guy had to make a choice when a gun was pointed at him. But thinking that the guy in all tactical gear who had his own gun trained on the hostage taker as well was with said hostage taker was bs. Not to mention the guy got a parade and a national day dedicated to him, while he's giving some crap about "being in the right place at the right time"
I fucking love Splinter Cell. I'm just sorry it took me so long to decide to play them. (also, poor Kobie--guy can't even catch a break, lol)
Ubisoft continues to piss me off by putting Sam fisher in siege and their mobile games, but no splinter cell. Ughhhh
