      He can’t be placed in a mental hospital because he’s not mentally ill. He has personality disorders but that’s not something that can be treated with medication. (Narcissist Personality Disorder & Antisocial Personality Disorder-what we used to call a Sociopath) Personality Disorders are INCREDIBLY difficult to treat, particularly the 2 the defendant has. Unfortunately, this judge was placed in an impossible situation. Legally she had to allow him to represent himself. She could have revoked this right during the trial, but that would have given the defendant exactly what he wanted. A further delay. As brutal as this trial was to watch, it was a legal work of art, on the part of the judge & prosecutors. They literally allowed the defendant to convict himself.

      @@waitwhat7724 No one will have to remind the inmates. My dad worked for the DOC for 30+ years, and he would tell me about the inmates and how they acted, that they have their own code or rules. Generally, child molesters, child killers, they don't fair well in prison. The reason they don't is because a lot of inmates have kids themselves, that they are not able to protect. My dad once said that the safest place for a baby would be in the Yard surrounded by the inmates. He even has told me in the past that, yes there are animals that need to be kept in a cage and NEVER let out. But, in his experience, a large number of inmates are in prison because of alcohol, drugs, and women. Usually it's a combination of the 3. Long and short is this: DB will get his.

      @juliefisk8066 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      I was watching another channel earlier and they had requested the phone logs. The jail responded saying that they will not release those. 2 reasons: 1) he was acting as his own attorney therefore, he may have been speaking to witnesses and/or discussing the case. Since there is no way of knowing that, they won't release the calls. 2) phone calls are one of the very few things inmates have that connects them with their family and friends. It wouldn't be right, fair, or proper to release those calls. They do have the right to some privacy. I may not have worded it all exactly as it was stated.
