    List of defenses so far:
    -he honked his horn
    - there were barricades on all the side streets
    - there may have been someone else in the car (that Noone else could see)
-given the amount of people there, he didn't hit that many
    -subject matter jurisdiction
    -the court doesn't exist
    -Darrel Brooks doesn't exist
    - the state of Wisconsin doesn't exist
    Am I missing anything?

He doesn't know how to file his motions or supeonas and wants the state to help him
      He has boxes of papers
It's hard being a lawyer from a jail cell
He apologizes to the bailiffs, judge, court but not to the victims so you can't say he's not remorseful
