Half of measured global temperature rises can be traced to Big Oil

A new paper in the journal Climatic Change links the emissions of top fossil fuel producers to approx half of measured global temperature rises and a third of sea level rise. co-author Prof Myles Allen makes the linkage with liability, and raises the question as to who should pay.
