2 X. 1/2 DE FARINHA SEM GLÚTEN (A FARINHA QUE EU USEI CONTÉM GOMA XANTANA, MAIS SE SUA FARINHA NÃO TIVER VOCÊ PODE ACRESCENTAR 1 COLHER(SOBREMESA)DE GOMA XANTANA OU PODE USAR PSYLLIUM EM PÓ.
1 COLHER(SOBREMESA) DE FERMENTO PARA BOLO
1 PACOTE DE FERMENTO PARA PÃO EM PÓ
1/4 X. DE AZEITE
1/4 X. DE MEL
1 COLHER(SOBREMESA) DE VINAGRE DE MACÃ
1X. E 1/2 DE ÁGUA MORNA
3 OVOS EM TEMPERATURA AMBIENTE
1 COLHER(SOBREMESA) DE SAL

Yes. 2 1/2 cups (250 ml each cup) flour
The flour that I’m using is King Arthur gluten free flour. Make sure the flour has a
Xathan gum, if not you have to add a tsp.
1 tbsp baking powder
1 packet of yeast
1/4 c. Olive oil
1/4 c. Honey( can also be maple syrup)
1 tsp. Apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 c warm water ( lukewarm)
3 eggs room temperature
1 tsp. Salt
Add in a bowl, flour, salt, yeast, baking powder mix good, add eggs, vinegar, oil, honey and water. Mix well. Put in a baking pan greased with oil, cover with a plastic wrap and a dish towel for 30 minutes or until rising. After 30 minutes of rising put in the oven 350 for 40 minutes (depending on your oven) let cool down in the pan for only 10 minutes.
