The pouch isn’t for mouth guards on hand warmers, it’s to put in something that produces heat like hot hands
The zipper pocket is for hand warmer pouches

A cool trick i use is when it’s really cold I put on a fuzzy thin jacket with a centered big pocket and use it as a hand warmer
50 degree, no wind, normal grass, not too humid. Ideal conditions
i had a championship game yesterday and we lost but i wish i wouldve seen this sooner because it was 20 degrees and half a foot of snow

I like it rainy and warm and also real grass
I live in Milwaukee and it gets cold around December-November I wear a long sleve cold gear under armour shirt it works wonders I also tape my ear holes on my helmet

there are toe warmers on the market. they work great! stick right on with adhesive. made by the same brand i believe

At 1:34 the pouch isn’t used for a mouth guard. What you do is there are hand warmer pouches that you can buy and put them in there, that’s what there used for

I work construction. Hot hands makes a stick on the warmer that is thin and sticky on one side to stick to the bottom of your sock. I dont like them. I use hot hands on the top of my hand under a glove. The blood that runs past it will heat up and keep your finger tips warm.

I played a game in 12 degree weather at the age of 12 and my mom bought me toe warmers that are kind of sticky and really flat I but the on my hands then my gloves on and it didn’t restrict my movement at all I recommend toe warmers over hand warmers cause the hand warmers are really bulky
