I’m glad that you gave us an amount that we should be doing AND gave us a greater number of options. That way, it doesn’t feel like I need to do EVERYTHING in the video (like other people tend to emphasize) and that I can focus on just the stuff that’s relevant to me

What about summer college programs? Should I do those or are they a waste of time?

The ones where you pay a lot of money to get in don't mean anything, it's a pay-to-win scam. The impressive and more interesting ones are the ones that have lower acceptance rates, and they tend to focus more on intensive education.

Hi. I wanted to ask if i should engage in community service when I didn't before? I mean it's my final summer before application and I feel like there's no point in engageing in it if i didnt previously. What would you suggest I should do?

I would definitely say you should try if you find something meaningful to you. Community service shows selflessness and commitment to a community you're in, and I think there's a stat that ~80% of entering Harvard students had it. But don't do an activity you aren't passionate about.

@@thecollegetreehouse Alright thank you.. one thing I will definetely do is a theatre performence and the profit (all) will go to the charity.. maybe that counts. But I'm trying to find something else and I can't seem to.
