Oh this is an accurate STARS system, symbology and all that. That’s kinda dope, that’ll make traffic callouts ridiculously easy. Hell, I may hop on just to do some ECW ATC work

Current ATC , 7 year AWACS controller. This is really well done! I know its a DCS limitation. But in real theaters we often use several named bullseyes.

Im glad someone made something that isnt behind a paywall but I've already been seeing other players use maps like this either with another account logged into a gci slot and streaming to friends on discord so they can see all enemies and this just makes it easier for people with a second monitor
This is truly amazing!! Oh, just please, no more music when there is talking, or at least turn the volume down almost all the way. It's very loud, annoying and distracting. But great content, as always, thank you!
Wasn't this mod something similar that was featured on the IL2 BOS Combat box server before the author asked for it to be removed, it was a really cool addition to the game and SRS that allowed players and an ATC coordinator to track aircraft and coordinate everyone
Standard. The community and its modders are making the leaps in DCS functionality and fidelity while ED makes the profit out of other people keeping their product alive.
Please no music in videos when you talk or have conversations. It is distracting and does not add to the content at all. Otherwise this is a very important and needed tool that ED has been avoiding to tackle.
Why isn’t this part of the base product, or at least a company produced add-on? Also, why does this game not have an Out of the Box campaign engine? I mean FALCON 4.0 now BMS has it…a 25 year old sim.
@@tim-3705 Nothing, this is a tool for those operating in an ATC/GCI/ABM role in multiplayer servers. If you're tuned in and talking to them, they can help you greatly.

Yet again independent modders/devs continue to keep DCS' neck above the waterline. Good stuff.
I don't want to detract from Wizard's hard work but this is something I think should be in the game by default.

This is similar to that but it's an entirely different project with a different team.

when you are on the server with this on, what would be the best way to communicate with the players to give them info? does this work with SRS?
You just run SRS in parallel

What’s stopping someone from spawning into a plane on one monitor, and this on another monitor?
Usually for that something gets added that limits same IP being connected to both at same time. It just released so he is still cooking.
You can always bring this up on a second device, using a VPN or the cell network. I don't see how you could prevent that.
